We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

Great place 10 min from Annecy, 45 min from Geneva I found a Quality Hotel in this apartment! Great stay, I recommend

Lovely apartment in a modern complex. Best to check in during day time as apartment was difficult to find when dark and raining. But once inside the apartment is spacious and comfortable with a view of the lake. Car park is convenient and secure. The apartment is close to the old town and conveniently located to tour the area. We had a lovely stay.

We had a Christmas week at this place. Everything was perfect and as advertised. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well-equipped. The bathroom has a large shower. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The environment is quiet. The little extra when we arrive is the coffee, tea made available to us. Towels and sheets are included in the service. I highly recommend this place to visit Savoie and these beautiful hikes from Yenne. We plan to return to the sunny days!

Thank you Alejandra!! This was the perfect base for our 4-week family trip to Annecy. We have two kids (7 and 5) so appreciated the lovely, spacious living area and washing machine! Alejandra was a wonderful host, giving us lots of recommendations and always responding quickly when we had any questions or issues. We had a problem with the washing machine, but she fixed it right away with no trouble. The apartment building was quiet and in a brilliant location, with a dedicated parking space right outside and visible from our windows. We had the local supermarket just down the street and the lake less than 10 minute walk away. The mountain view from the balcony is lovely and catches the afternoon sun each day. The apartment itself had a well-stocked kitchen, good wardrobe space in the master bedroom and a lovely bathroom. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to come back to Alejandra's place next time!

We spent the new year at Raphaël's, our stays were very satisfactory. The location of the apartment is perfect. A Christmas market is downstairs, but we hardly hear DJ music in the room. If you sleep in the living room, you hear the noise of the elevator. The train station and bus station that allows us to go to the surrounding villages is just a 10-minute walk. Hot water is perfect and enough for 4 people. We bought toilet paper as it is only 2 rolls. Communication with Raphael was not very active but he responds quickly when we need help

Very nice apartment, very light. We had a lovely stay at this apartment, the bedding is good and the apartment is spacious and very functional with a laundry dryer as a bonus. We'll be happy to go back!

We are very happy with our stay at Emilie and Frédéric's place. We couldn't see them but the instructions were clear to get to the place and everything was written inside. They gave us flexible hours without hesitation. They are also very responsive to the questions asked about the Air bnb messaging system. Everything was clean and functional. The bed linen and bathroom as well as the baby amenities provided are very nice! When we arrived, there was a nice attention waiting for us on the table. We did not have time to visit the village but the town of Thones not very far has all the amenities. The only downside, if I can find one, it's the mezzanine that makes noise when we walk on it (but because we had children sleeping in the room ....). I recommend:-)

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A perfect stay at Ludovic and Charlotte's! The house was spotless, very clean and well maintained. Charlotte is a friendly and attentive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Lovely garden with the pool and zipline. Very peaceful. Plenty of parasols to hide from the August heatwave we had! Plenty of space inside. Parking.

These few days were really great! Super well equipped kitchen, spacious house with large beds and comfortable rooms The Jacuzzi is amazing! Nothing to say about this place, in + we had a really responsive host if needed!!

A very pleasant weekend at Christophe's place. Close to everything on foot (be careful, the access to the accommodation is on a slope). Christophe welcomed us very warmly, we will come back!

Beautiful apartment, well-equipped and refurbished. We stayed there for 15 days with a 3-year-old child and it was perfect! The pool is amazing, no complaints! If we come back to Lac du Bourget for our vacation we will inevitably come back here:)

christine's place is impeccable, everything is well thought out. we were welcomed by Nathalie a real really adorable pearl. and what about the location I fell in love with it between lake and mountain we had snow with my children we had stars in our eyes. we recommend this place and just beautiful place

Very good stay in the warm little apartment! Clean apartment and tidy. The residence is clean and well maintained. There is a swimming pool! Everything is within walking distance and it is very useful. We'll be back for sure!
