The location is ideal for walking access to the shores of the lake. The ability to park your car in the residence is a real plus. Thank you to the warm welcome from the owner! A beautiful location with stunning views! Plenty of room for our family of 8 to stay for a few days. Only a 15 min drive to downtown Annecy and the lake. The hosts were very responsive, timely, and helpful!

Can feel the thoughtful arrangement of the host, the room is clean, the functional zoning is reasonable, all kinds of utensils are complete and brightly lit.Two space heaters were arranged thoughtfully.Parking is easy and there is a bakery with a small supermarket 5 minutes walk.Close to the lake, 5 minutes by car.

There is little offer in the area, but this one from Evelyn is good. Well-equipped accommodation, and very good reception and friendliness of the host. Unica pega, the distribution in three floors; to be taken into account by people who are not agile. 😉
