Me and my family spent Réveillon in the blue house and everything was great. Everything is very clean, well-equipped kitchen, great showers!

I went with my girlfriend and our two shihtzus and we loved the stay. Reidson's space is excellent with everything I needed to spend 13 days. Everything was very clean and organized. Equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, air conditioning made us feel at home. Near the beach and several restaurants and ice cream shops, a very quiet neighborhood. I recommend super.

Great house space, clean bedding, lots of bathrooms, bounces for kids, etc. House really very comfortable. It really is very close to Itaparica beach, we were walking 10/12 minutes when we went. There is a supermarket nearby, pharmacy, bars, restaurants all to go on tranquil walking. What I liked the most was the playground near the house, extremely lively, with SEVERAL stalls with great food and hobbies. If you are in many people and you are going to want to see important sights of Vila Velha you will have to spend on transportation. The only point really close to it was only Itaparica beach. The boy factory, mermaia beach, penha convent and others, we had to spend with uber. Go with that in mind. Lastly, Cynthia, the host, was EXTREMELY kind, helpful and pleasant. She sought van transportation for us in Vila Velha and sent several sights that we could do, very helpful, I thank you so much.

Cozy, clean house, very good cost/benefit. The region half frightened a little, I arrived at night without knowing and the Uber that took me said that I needed to be careful in the area with a cell phone and purse, but where the house was quiet.

My stay was booked because my girlfriend and I were moving to Serra-ES without knowing anything about the city, not knowing anything about the state. The space is identical to the photos. Lorraine always responded quickly and was very kind. Dona Graciete is an excellent host, we made us feel very comfortable and welcomed us very well. She made it available in the water space and even chocolates. A person truly concerned about welcoming in the best way. The location is also wonderful close to shopping, restaurant and beach.

My family and I spent only one day in the house, but it was enough to fall in love! Everything is exactly as described and shown in the photos, which brings a lot of confidence. The apartment is well located... Beautiful building and Carla that received us is extremely helpful.. I had a small mishap with the stove, but in less than half an hour it was resolved... The only downside is that there were potatoes in the closet...

Gustavo is a wonderful host, he did everything to make us well . I felt myself arriving at a relative's house. We miss him already.

I really liked the place, it matches the pictures. I got an early check in please from the host who was with another unit vacant until I gave the time to go to the one selected on the listing. They were efficient pro when I needed a shower repair. I just have to thank you for the hospitality. I would definitely come back. Thank you and success always for you!

The great apartment, very well equipped, several streaming options on television, great location with bakery a few meters, boardwalk, much more.. host made us super comfortable, it was super flexible both at the entrance and the exit.. perfect for a couple, easily accommodating 2 more people.
