Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom house located about 45 miles to the beach, rather Outer Banks or Virginia Beach. We have a private pond located on one end of the property and the creek comes up to the other end. Great for launching your canoe or kayak there. Northwest River Marsh Game lands are located nearby. There will be free use of the boat ramp about half of mile away for your bigger water toys, hunting game lands and fishing.

Close to oceanfront, boardwalk, restaurants, whole foods, trader joes, target, walmart etc No parties, events, or gatherings, only 9 people allowed at house at any time.
