Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vintijan

Goran's place was very nicely decorated and was exactly as pictured. The amenities left nothing to be desired. Although the apartment is just outside of Porec, the beach and old town were 10 minutes away by car. The location was very quiet and therefore perfect for families. Goran was always available to us throughout and gave us some good tips for the area. Overall a clear recommendation!

It's a wonderful apartment! Perfect location, near the old town center with a view of the harbor across the street and a parking place right behind the house (the parking was 5 eur per day) There were also 2 bikes to use for free! The apartment was very well equipped. We have everything we needed. Thank you Igor and Angelina for a lovely stay !

Great spot. The house is modern and clean, the terrace with the bbq and big table is perfect for a big group. Location is very good, close to the sea. We were 5 friends and were comfortable.

We had a very relaxed and quiet holiday at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered every comfort: located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance of the small, delightful town of Bale. An all-round successful stay! The place was as described and we had a nice time at Ana's house. She was always easy to reach and very friendly. We were able to enjoy our tranquility on the small covered terrace overlooking the olive trees in the garden. Thanks to air conditioning, you could retreat very well in the hot temperatures inside. The location was great for us. Within a few minutes by car you were on the dog beach and in the city where there are many good restaurants.

The perfect place for a vacation in Pula. Practically a minute away from the old town and downtown. The Arch is 5 minutes away, similar to the Castle. The arena is an 8-minute walk away. Djuna is very helpful, always willing to answer questions. The apartment is as described and photographed. Equipped with everything you need, like a microwave, a washer, a dryer, and even an electric grill. We found sweet treats and a supply of coffee and tea. Only to the beach is far, but there are buses. I don't have to worry about anything, everything was in order. Thanks, and we'll probably use it again.

You’re right in the heart of old town Rovinj with so much to see and do. Zoki’s place is perfect for 2 couples. She was always ready with tips and advice and made sure our visit was top notch. Will definitely stay with her next time our travels bring us to the area!

We stayed in Porec as a family (2 adults, 3 kids (1,3,12)) in August for a week. Davor's place offered a covered parking space right by the house, perfect. After a friendly welcome, we have furnished in the two air-conditioned rooms. The kitchen in the adjacent dining room provided everything we need for our stay. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, only the warm water didn't always want like us. 😜 Everything is nearby on foot, bakery, shopping, everything is there. Otherwise 5 minutes by car, great shopping offer. Also SB laundry, Car Wash, all can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. For electric car owners, I recommend the Lidl parking space for loading! The sea can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot, the apartment offers a great location. We had a great time, despite the street location the traffic was never disturbing or not heard. The nights quiet, during the day the air conditioning was great. We are more than happy to recommend Davor's apartment! ❤️

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. We have had a great time in Tuliševica. The property has a wonderful panoramic view, it is above Lovran. We have spent there a week with our friends and their families. We have enjoyed a lot the panoramic barbecue place and the lovely cooling pool there, as well. Hopefully we get back soon there again!

Great house, nice communication, quick help with any problems. Hot tub was very relaxing and there was everything else you needed was available.

We were received so kindly and personally. She's so helpful. If we had questions, answers came quickly. Everything was so clean. The fresh of the apartment immediately met us, which felt like home. Everything clean and pool wonderful. We got treats from her. What I thought was so sweet. I would say all in one that won't be our last vacation there Book the apartment, you make no mistake.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

Lovely modern apartment in a quiet area of Pula, easily walkable to all the main sights. All of the decor is very modern and bright, and bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Check in was very easy as we were met by the host and she explained everything for us. As noted the apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator, so getting our bags up was a struggle, but it's only once and was well worth the effort The balcony is a nice size and can easily seat four people, and also racks to dry clothes. If you are driving there is a dedicated parking spot behind the apartment block, and Lidl is a three min drive to buy your food. The apartment was also incredibly cheap. Would highly recommend !!

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! Lovely apartment with a great location and friendly, responsive, and very accommodating hosts. The back patio/terrace was an especially relaxing spot. The AC was great.

We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

Excellent from check-in to checkout. Everything went the way you could wish for. Our expectations have been exceeded. The apartment is a dream. There was nothing that didn't exist and everything was sparkling clean. Parking space on the premises or with free parking card in the public square. Separate outdoor seating area for breakfast or relaxing. We were immediately helped with all our questions and concerns. We can definitely recommend the apartment and the nice and friendly people who belong to it. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. To get to the old town on foot, you have several options, whereby you don't even need 10 minutes for the shortest path with a speedy gait. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank everyone who contributed to it.

Mirjana’s communication was brilliant before we arrived and was so helpful in allowing us to check in early. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and a great location for the shops and restaurants in the old town. We were in Pula for the Bocelli concert at the Arena which was only a 10 minute walk. Absolutely fantastic weekend in a great location.

The appartment is beautiful, spacious and realy comfortable, everything what you can wish is in the appartment. Balcony is big and really nice to stay. The appartment is situated in a area that is under construction but what will be beautiful in the end. Center and beach are on walk distance and very nice to visit. Host is helpful and provides you from all necessary information and tips about Medulin.
