Very well located apartment, quiet neighborhood, is a complex with 32 apartment towers, but very well organized and quiet. The apartment is on the third floor and does not have an elevator, but it is super quiet the flights of stairs, silent neighbors and when necessary contact have always been helpful and gentle. I highly recommend it!

I want to thank Valdilene for the space and especially the Jaci who instructed us all the time we host the house. A very nice place with a very nice swimming pool. Clean rooms and 4 bathrooms that serve a large family very well. A cozy outdoor environment with a barbecue area and a pizza oven that served us very well. We enjoyed a comfortable home and we are definitely already planning to return soon with the family.

The house accommodated us perfectly; we were a group of 20 people, and there were still beds. The gourmet space is amazing, the Karaoke and the court have provided great leisure options. The fireplace was a special touch, making the evening pleasant as it was a cold fds! The house is fully equipped, and the high quality internet allowed us to work from there without problems. Everyone loved the stay; we feel at home and undoubtedly we will return at the next opportunity!

We spent 03 days on the holiday and everything was perfect. Communication with the owner was clear and quick, we had no difficulties getting to the place and we remained there with great peace of mind. It is a very good, wooded and safe condominium. Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

There were many flies, but this is not the fault or responsibility of the owner. There are a lot of stairs, apart from that, nothing to add negatively. Estrada de clay is a maximum of 2 KM, almost nothing, we pass quietly in the rain with popular vehicles. Wonderful Pscina, impeccable cleaning, no bugs in the house, I felt very safe and comfortable. The bed was truly good, it was not put "any mattress just to rent the house", as much they do. There are no negatives to include in my ranking. It was worth every penny.
