Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Vĩnh Niệm

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is, if anything, a little bit better than advertised and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Ha Long between recommending things to do locally, organising taxis and much more. I would highly recommend people to stay here - especially big groups!

Loved our stay at this beautiful house! Exactly as described and pictured. We felt very safe, comfortable and like we were “home”.

My friends and we stayed at this place for one night and this honestly was one of the best accommodation experiences in Asia in my life. Everything was so nice. The house is awesome! It feels like home. All rooms were clean and Jay prepared everything what we needed. Also he was open for our special requests, but we didn’t have one. Highly recommend this place in Ha Long! There are also many restaurants around, you can walk there - the surroundings are beautiful as well. Thank you Jay for this beautiful place!

The Airbnb is as good as it looks, we had such an amazing time over 4 nights. There are several social areas both on the top floor in the kitchen and lounges with comfortable sofas. Our group are still talking about how good the showers are. The beds were really comfortable too. We spent my birthday in the Airbnb and when Dao on reception found this out, she organised a cake and delivered it to us. Dao was incredibly helpful during the stay, she helped us to book transfers to and from Hanoi along with a day trip boat tour around Ha Long Bay. We had an amazing time and Dao very much helped this. We 100% recommend staying here.

Lavender is an incredible host -- very responsive and was able to arrange all sorts of services for us, including taxis, private chef, grocery delivery, etc. She also set up amazing Ha Long Bay cruise and Hanoi Jeep Tours, for great prices. The house actually matches the photos. The air conditioning works well and the pool is incredible. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. TV and Sound System all worked great for karaoke as well!

This stay was beyond amazing! The house is absolutely beautiful—warm, inviting, and so thoughtfully designed. The circular aesthetics and earthy browns create such a calming atmosphere, truly soothing to the soul. You can tell the owners put so much love into the space, from the fresh plants (hello, great air quality!) to the stylish interior. Mrs. Hien is 100% perfection! She so quick to respond and was so pleasant and friendly! Since we visited in the off-season, it got chilly, and she was so sweet, bringing us extra heaters to make sure we were comfortable. Dũng, the housekeeper, deliver top notch service! So kind, caring, and helpful that we even hired him as our personal assistant! Their hospitality is unmatched. We loved using the JBL speaker, the pool table, and the 4K TV—everything was perfect. The house has everything you need: a big fridge, washer, dryer, and all the good vibes. Plus, it’s close to the beach! Peaceful, refreshing, and truly a dream stay. Highly recommend!

Well, if you and your extended group of friends or family want to feel like movie stars this is the place for you !! What an epic house, it is the size of your very own hotel !! with a pool, lift, a roof top terrace an amazing coffee shop 30 seconds away you will feel right at home. We had a fantastic time and the location is great just a short walk down the hill into the restaurant area we were never short of things to do !! For the couple of questions we had our hosts were top notch, super fast to reply and totally went out of their way to help us out and gave us some great advice and recommendations. 100% would stay again and very disappointed we had to leave.
