Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vineyards

We stayed in this house several years ago when our daughter got married in Nicosia. The house is still the same - charming decor and great location. The owners responded very quickly when we had a question.

We stayed as a family of 6 including 2 young kids over Christmas. The villa was amazing - spacious, clean and had absolutely everything we needed (including Xmas decorations which was a lovely touch). Jacuzzi was great and hot and we paid to heat the pool which was totally worth it for winter swimming. the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there bbq / outdoor kitchen was good. the outside area was amazing, with a mini playground and tranpoline for the kids. location superb for the beach or a walk along the coast. even had buckets and spades to use! communication from owner was excellent and we will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Maria`s place. We stayed there for 4 weeks, and realy enjoyed ourselves. The place was wonderful and homely, well equipped and beautifully clean. We made all our meals at home, and the kitchen was fantastically well equipped, absolutely everything we needed was available. Only 2 minutes walk to a lovely large community swimming pool where we could swim and enjoy the sun almost all day. The apartment is within walking distance to lovely beaches, and several good supermarkets. Maria is a lovely and friendly lady, who made us very welcome and was always available for questions, help, tips etc. We had a wonderful stay, and would most definitely return. We fully recommend Maria and her apartment without hesitation !

Great place! Had a few minor inconveniences at check in and Xenios and team were super responsive and helpful. Special shout out to the lovely pool duo. Visiting this area in off season is actually a great vibe, it felt like we had 1km of private beach. Just good company (wandering cats included!) and island beauty.

Di was very helpful, we also asked him to check in earlier if possible and he offered it to us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here :-) The place was perfect for us - lovely, large pool area with plenty of shade when needed. And a great, spacious living area inside too. What we really liked as well was the very short walk (less than 5 mins) to the Pissouri Bay beach and restaurants (and small shop which had most of the essentials). George/Julie were very responsive during the booking process and answered any questions we had. All in all, we loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

The apartment is really big. The kitchen is well equipped, some dishes (e.g. pans) should be replaced, but everything else is 1a. One bed is rather hard and unfortunately very noisy, the other soft. There are two bathrooms with toilets, both bathrooms were quite ok clean except for foreign hair. A supermarket (Mas supermarket) is a few minutes walking distance. A public parking space is always available in front of the door. I recommend reading the folder of the instructions for the apartment upon arrival, which saves a lot of searches. I recommend the accommodation and will possibly sleep there again if I come to Cyprus again.

Family friendly appartment, we are family of 4 (2+6 years) and we all slept really well. In October we didn’t use air conditioning at all. Elevator to 2nd floor, super easy parking. 10minutes walk to a great beach where it was not windy during few windy days. Cheap loungers on the beach next to a lovely hotel where you can use toilets. Good supermarket with great coffee on the way to the beach. Also nice restaurants. Apartment was very spacious!! Plenty of towels for inside and beach. I really liked the bathroom. We felt like home.

We expend a wonderfully time in kakopetria, the house was beautiful and the backyard is peaceful, full of plants and vintage collectibles 😍. Ms. Andrula and her husband were friendly with all of us. Definitely we will come back ♡

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained, showing the host’s great attention to detail. The parking spot right next to the house was super convenient, and the entire area was wonderfully quiet. The outdoor space is impressive—perfect for a BBQ with everything you need, and the pool area is amazing. The views are great, and it feels completely private. Savvas, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, super friendly, and provided very clear instructions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

very relaxing weekend at marios place. off the beaten track, very private and peaceful. The beach is a hundred metres away, as well as a local resteraunt. There's a big supermarket 10 mins drive away, everything you need really. if you need a weekend getaway I would definitely recommend !

Our stay was awesome! The house is very nice and clean

From this terraced family house you can reach the sea in 5 minutes. It is located in a beautiful park. Within walking distance, there is a restaurant right by the sea with a beautiful pier. There are also grocery stores within walking distance. The house itself is bright and the furnishings are well maintained. We loved staying at this place.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

Great stay, easy, comfortable, good location and the pool is lovely on those hot summer days! Don’t hesitate book now!

great house with pool. everything you need

we enjoyed the villa very much. pool was big enough and clean. Sevinos was polite and helped us a lot with ideas and places to go. the villa was tidy although there were some dust on furniture and counters but we quickly wiped those. washing machine and dishwasher were pretty handy. the bedrooms were clean and mattress and linen were in good condition. there were shops and restaurants nearby and beach were 10 minutes away.

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.

Great place! We had a wonderful stay at Jen’s place! Jen has a great sense of client oriented communication and service! We traveled the world for the last two years, and this place is definitely in our Top 3 regarding comfort and clean. • spotless kitchen, bathroom, bedsheets, towels, well equipped • really well maintained, efficient compartmented. • quiet, friendly, clean and well maintained residential complex. • good location, 50 meter to supermarket, max 200 meters to the sea and 20 minutes walk to the Old Center. This area in Paphos is generally very peaceful, calm and friendly. Definitely for us a place to be taken into consideration every time when we visit Cyprus again. Enjoy! 💫
