The apartment is beautiful and felt right at home. Everything was very clean, the building is quiet and without so much noise. The janitors are also very friendly. The sector is quiet and perfect for a hike, with many locals around.

Ximena is a wonderful host. There was a problem with the internet connection and it was fixed quickly and effectively. The house is cozy, with good views and well located.

Very good description and photos of the apartment, as published, everything is very good, the apartment, cleanliness, comfort for 2 people ( since we only use it to sleep at night and we do not use the kitchen because we always eat in restaurants ), very quiet. Difficult to arrive even with the GPS that always sends to another direction...due to ignorance: very far from the center ( I admit I didn't find out before with the Owner so the mistake was mine ). Then everything for others well, the attention at all times and in the few times I need it, Juan, the owner, friendly and helpful...

Rodrigo excellent host. Good communication and disposition. We were going for the run and had no problems leaving us for a while longer to get out. He made us the contact to reserve parking inside the building even. Only positive feedback towards him! The only detail I could lift would be the musty smell that was in the Depto and the bedding, but we think it may be that as it is on the 1st floor, it gets little light or sun, but in general everything else works and complies.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you will need for a stay. The view of the ocean and sound of waves on the balcony were very nice and relaxing and it was a short ride to everything we wanted to do.

Very friendly and attentive. He gave us very clear recommendations and directions. The clean and tidy apartment. While the space is private, they tend to hear noises from other apartments and from the street (I think it's something from all Lofts of this style). The host is very understanding and flexible. As for the apartment's equipment, just and necessary if you are passing through. Very good overall experience.

the location and amenities of the apartment are great the balcony and the view is priceless Carla was always very attentive, there was shampoo and cream rinse in the two bathrooms, enough towels as well as blankets and stoves available I would repeat the visit!

The apartment is very well located on the coastal edge, offering privileged views of the sunsets. It is close to a supermarket, making it easy to shop to stay in the place. Claudia is a very good and understanding host and although we did not meet her in person, she was very quick to respond to our questions and requirements. In our case, we request the use of the interior jacuzzi of the building and she managed the reservation by us. The instructions for entry to the apartment and the use of the building's premises were very clear and we had no problems. Recommended place to escape the city and enjoy the sea.

Beautiful view, close to Playa Los Lilenes and the Dunas. The apartment was comfortable and clean. You can also enjoy the jacuzzi. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! María Alejandra was always super friendly, she was attentive at all times and responded quickly to every query I had. Flexible check-in was very helpful. The apartment is very well located. Perfect for 4 people, with good isolation between rooms. It is fully equipped, clean and functional, with a beautiful ocean view. I would definitely go back!
