The apartment is very well located, in a quiet and authentic area. The welcome is done physically, which is nice and changes key boxes! Very very well equipped, with all the necessities also for breakfast and essentials. Possibility to do all the must-sees on foot (Rialto 15 minutes away, Place St Marc at 25). I can only recommend Maria as a host!

Pier Luigi's place is in a very quiet area and convenient to all amenities, upon our arrival we were greeted by Anna, Pier's partner, who was really kind and friendly. In the apartment we found all the comforts described, nothing was missing, the terrace with mountain views was also beautiful. My boyfriend and I had a really great time, it was like being at home. If there's an opportunity, we'll definitely be back! I recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

It was a very nice stay. The apartment is nice and spacious. The inner court the windows look to is very pleasant. The apartment is located in a peaceful side alley but still very very close to one of the main streets of Padova. Carlo has also been very friendly, helpful and proactive. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was pleasant to use. The living room was very pleasant and homely. All around quite pleasant, highly recommend.

A really great accommodation option. Quiet neighborhood, close to the train station and many transport hubs. Very cozy apartment, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Equipped kitchen and bathroom. The host was very kind and explained the check-in procedure in great detail. We liked everything, can recommend it 100%

We enjoyed the location … walkable from train and walkable to the center of town. Easy to get coffee in the morning and convenient markets for drinks and snacks in the flat. Amelia and her dog coffee greeted us warmly upon arrival. Flat is clean and comfortable.

Let's start by saying that we had a very good time (September 1-18). The house is as described, comfortable has all the needs. Dear Mr. Viviana with all the clear information. We especially thank her mother, Mr. Danila, who was waiting for us as a true mistress. Maniago is very nice, everything and a distance that you then walk, about 5 minutes from downtown. We can only recommend it.

Andrea's place is ideal to feel at home, he takes care of making sure everything is perfect. On the day of entry I inform you of the time you will arrive to be waiting for you and give you all the information. The peacefulness, cleanliness and comfort are impeccable.

We stayed with Nicola over New Year's Eve. We liked it very much, especially that it was always pleasantly warm and the bathroom was also just great. Definitely very cosy even in winter. Value for money absolutely fits.

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Information about the surrounding area was available, but Petra also made us restaurant recommendations and proactively asked if everything was right or if we needed anything. It was a very relaxing stay. We were all very comfortable and well recovered. Would have liked to have stayed something else. But as it always is with the holiday. It's always too short

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

We spent a week in November in Tonino and Anna's appartment. I can only chime in to the positive evaluation I have seen here before. The flat is comfortable and well equiped. It was quiet. Location was very convinient, easy to get to because it is close to the San Stae boat stop which is served by the public airport line. There are also nice restaurants and shops in the vicinity. In particular, we liked the St. Jacomo square. Tonino made communication easy and greated us on arrival very friendly. We would definitively come again.

Spacious apartment, with everything you need for a short stay, the only thing is that it does not have an elevator so if you go with suitcases it becomes exhausting it is 5 floors!! but in case the apartment was comfortable, it did not have an electric kettle

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!
