First time in Nice, Nico and Liza’s place is in the heart of the city with walkable routes to both the promenade, old town and the train station. The apartment was spacious and in pristine condition, with the hosts being responsive to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a trip to Nice or Monaco, I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice studio with a very flexible host on schedules. It is located at the foot of the train station which is great for getting around. I'll be back

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

We loved Rodica’s apartment for its location, convenience and the beautiful patio. Paul and Rodica were amazing host and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Tina was a wonderful host. She greeted us at the flat and helped us settle down, and was helpful throughout our stay with local suggestions. The flat is well positioned in the immediate vicinity of the main train station for day trips to Monaco and surrounding French towns, while the Old Town and beaches are only 10-15 minutes walk away. There are a handful of local restaurants and local bakeries and pastry shops just around the corner offering amazing breakfast options. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Tina's place for anyone visiting Nice!

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Cindy is very responsive and thoughtful. Very pleasant stay, very spacious house, very well appointed exterior not overlooked and very very quiet . I would recommned this property 👍

We had a great time at Maike's place. The walk to town and the beach was pleasant. We were close to the train station and options for the bus.

We had a nice stay at Geoffroy's, the house matches the listing in all (quiet environment, not very far from the sea ). The house is comfortable, and clean. Very good parking. Geoffroy is friendly, welcoming, and punctual. We would recommend this listing.

This was our second time staying at Corinne's apartment. Excellent location, amazing views, super clean apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Corinne has a lovely spirit and is very welcoming and friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from and extensive supermarket opposite, good wine shop nearby and ice cream place with lots of flavours!We had such a wonderful relaxing break and can't to return!

We had an exceptional stay at Stephane's place. The check-in was done independently thanks to our host's very clear and precise instructions. The apartment was beyond our expectations, it was very clean, we had at our disposal all the necessary appliances, we were also able to enjoy the terrace very well exposed. Regarding the location, the building is very well located (everything is doable on foot), moreover the residence is quiet and very secure. Stéphane is a very welcoming host and attentive to his guests, communication is very easy and he is very understanding. To conclude, we had a great time, we would highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. We had a great stay here and would love to stay again. The flat was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We cooked most meals, and found basically everything we needed. We loved being able to be at the beach in less than 5 minutes' walk! The host met us on time, gave us an thorough explanation of the flat and how to use everything, and then checked in on us multiple times during our nearly 3-week stay. She was very friendly and offered lots of local recommendations. This is a wonderful choice!

This is the perfect to stay when visiting Nice. It is right in the heart of the Old Town. Beware it is a walk up hill to reach the apartment and then another 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us and actually felt good after all the wonderful wine, bread, cheese, pastries and the list goes on. The view was unbelievable. I spent all of my time on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cuppa! I could not get enough. The apartment was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other information about the city. Excellent hosts. 5 minutes walk to coffee, pastries and restaurants. The seafront is 10 minutes. It is a 5 minute walk up the hill (directly from the apartment) to the Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill) with stunning views of Nice and even the snow covered Alps. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and the apartment is very well-equipped: electric shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Perfect for a family. The accommodation is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc. and the living room TV is great and there are Netflix accounts already set up for guests in multiple languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

Despite the bad weather when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the balcony could be closed by large windows and we were able to enjoy this space and the sea view. Great welcome by Marie Hélène with some good restaurant tips that we were able to enjoy and can validate!
