Françoise and Xavier are very pleasant and friendly hosts, welcoming and generous. The cottage is redone with great taste, between design and authenticity, the apartment is very large and functional, you feel really good there. The pool is warm and huge, in a beautiful park. We would highly recommend it.

We were 2 families with small children for Christmas, the accommodation was perfectly adapted, there was all the equipment for the little ones (games, books, dishes, beds and even small walk) it was very comfortable. We were able to take beautiful walks in the surrounding towns and villages. Thanks so much!

A dream stay in a heavenly environment! Charming house with all modern comforts, a very large garden, out of sight with a beautiful pool. A pleasant village (Limogne) 5 minutes away for shopping and a great starting point for all walks and visits all around. Very beautiful area, peaceful and rich in discoveries. Excellent communication with Birdie the owner. We highly recommend it!

Nothing to complain about apart from a big thank you for the quality of your accommodation, and your flexibility/responsiveness following our inconvenience. 🙏 Everything was clean, perfectly equipped and great baby games and the central island of the kitchen. This is a very beautiful property full of charm combining tradition and modernity. The house is extremely well equipped and I challenge you to find something you're missing. The night space is spread over 2 floors and ideal for 6 adults and 4 children who can benefit from the tree house room with discreet entrance 😁 Charming and characterful home with a beautiful outdoor space that we unfortunately couldn't try out given the period of our stay... who knows for next time!! We recommend this place without reservation.

We just spent a week of pure relaxation. Extremely pleasant cottage where we are alone in the world with everything to spend a beautiful holiday, swimming pool, jacuzzi, walk in the private park, etc... We had a lovely stay, very peaceful and wonderful views! The swimming pool was heated and we really needed it as it was very hot! The home is very well furnished with everything you could want! 15 mins walk to the village which again had everything you need - mini supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, Boulangerie and there is a market on Sunday morning. The house was spotless and well looked after. We highly recommend the villa. Sam was always responsive - we could not fault it! Thank you Sam

Our stay was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Lots an interesting places to visit within easy reach - but lots left for the future. Bonus points: we were lucky to see otters in the mill pond twice, we were charmed by seeing the red squirrels everyday. Nicki is very generous to share this beautiful home with guests. I don’t think I could.

Very pleasant and functional refurbished barn, nestled in a very beautiful garden and in absolute calm. The accommodation is very functional and very well-equipped. The pool and terrace are very nice. The site is well located for visiting both Tarn and Garonne and part of Aveyron with beautiful bastides and canoe rentals nearby. Finally Charlotte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. A big thank you for this stay.

Comfortable apartment, the outdoor space is an absolute asset: lawn and terrace, no opposite (but no view either). Very nice pool, somewhat limited time pity (10am-7.30pm). Good bedding and bedroom darkened thanks to the shutter. Mat responds instantly to any request. For those who visit Rodez as a tourist: the historic center is on the other side of the bridge, but the walk is easy.

Carolyn’s gite was a find, very well equipped, the views are breathtaking and Carolyn and Paul were very accommodating and friendly. We were fortunate enough to stay during the towns medieval Festival where we enjoyed the fireworks over the bridge. Another plus was the beautiful dogs they own!
