Our host Andre was fantastic. Great communication and happy to help with any questions we had. Location was convenient to get around by foot or by metro. Was a little noisy at night with people walking down the street.

The place was great, super clean and beautiful. The check in check out process was easy. The flat is very well maintained and the furnitures in a very good state, beds are comfy. The host is super friendly and helped us with recommendations. The flat is close to the village and ski slopes. Great place to stay

The apartment looked same as on pictures. Everything I needed for my stay was there. Santiago is an excellent host, communicative, responsive and easy to deal with.

All good, small but cozy apartment. It can improve the cleaning. The area is very quiet, there are many shops and places to eat, access is very easy and close as an airport center.

Very cozy, I would stay 100x100 again, the only thing missing is more trash cans inside the house, so it's easy to throw trash away without having to go out to the patio, otherwise everything is great!

The space was absolutely stunning! Modern, spacious and full of thoughtful amenities, exactly as pictured in the listing. The hosts are amazingly responsive and so helpful. From the balcony/terrace, to the full washer and dryer, our stay was homey and very comfortable. The hosts even left us a water carafe in the refrigerator. Would absolutely stay here again and again! My only gripe would be that the building lacks an elevator, but once you’re inside the apartment, you don’t even remember. Just don’t forget anything downstairs lol Thank you to our gracious hosts!

The truth is unbeatable. The apartment was very nice sized and had everything that was needed. Also the location was good, having shops, locals and public transportation next door.

We were very comfortable, the accommodation is in a quiet area and it is very easy to park, everything is very modern and we were very comfortable, it has two supermarkets nearby. The beds are very comfortable, with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect!

Singular! Takes the top spot among the coolest places we’ve stayed. It was a pleasure to get rained in. Fantastic proximity to the most peaceful part of Madrid. Gustavo is a welcoming and responsive host and creative designer.

We had a very pleasant weekend. The area is quiet and has the basics: supermarket, estanco and several bars. A quiet place perfect for rest. The house is not very big, but perfect for 4 people. If you have pets they will enjoy the enclosure a lot, and the hosts even have details meant for them. It has everything you need: very new, clean and detailed. In addition, it is fully conditioned for the cold. If we can, we'll definitely do it again. We appreciate the attention and kindness of the owners.

This apartment is fantastic! It is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. Looks exactly like in the photos. The decor is gorgeous, making it feel right at home after a day of exploring. It is in the heart of Chueca, which is fun for queer folks. We definitely will stay here again on another Madrid trip.

This was a lovely stay, the place had many amenities available to us. The host was nice enough to provide us with some breakfast materials for the next day and had excellent communication whenever we had questions. The only thing I would mention is to be cautious when walking around the neighborhood with luggage/valuables at night as we were told it can be dangerous by family that live in the area/police. Overall it was a great stay and we did not encounter any issues at all.

This apartment was great. I would definitely recommend this place. It had a beautiful view of the place and was pretty easy to get to. We took the metro and then walked to the apartment. (I would not recommend that if yoy have larger luggage as it was mostly up hill). The beds were really comfortable. Shower pressure was great. The apartment is not to far from the Malasaña neighborhood, which had some really great restaurants. John gave really clear instructions, which was so nice for check in and check out.

Good, modern appartment. Two smaller bedroom in first (entrance) floor, and another study + suite in lower floor. Lovely view to park. Big windows in living-room provide a spacious feeling. Kitchen fully equipped, as is all else. There is an appartment above, which does allow resonance when excessive movements/steps above. All is all, this appartment is an excellent choice when seeking a stay in Majadahonda or near Madrid (15 minutes away).

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Excellent location, right in the center and you can do everything on foot, including supermarket and restaurants. Kitchen complete with everything you may need, in addition to having a washing machine. Good communication with the host.

Everything worked, every outlet, the w/d, the lift, and the finishes were great, like brand new. Perfect place to recover from our explorations of the amazing Madrid!

The location was perfect and although it is very close to the Royal Palace, it was nice it was off a side street so there was little to no street noise. Given that there were 4 of us traveling, it was nice to have essentially 2 units, each with their own kitchen, bathroom, and dining space. Everything was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again!

We spent a week at Martin and Zoltan's very nice because this accommodation is located in a quiet area but very close to the old town and its monuments. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Zoltan welcomed us very warmly and the check-in and checkout conditions went very smoothly thanks to a very good responsiveness and a caring understanding of all our needs. Thank you for everything!
