Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Villajoyosa

Overall the location for me was at the start of poyente beach, witch was perfect for me, as I prefer that side of benidorm. The apartment was located on the 5th floor of the complex with a lift, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, living area was very large and comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family very comfortably with traditional Spanish décor,. bathroom was very large too, with a shower that was piping hot and powerful if required. kitchen has all the appliances you require including gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine etc. Towels where provided for the week The balcony is extremely large and you get the sun on it all day. overall I would definitely come back here again. Excellent Value and Excellent hosts, with great communication.

the apartment has a spectacular view of the sea, on the skiline... it leaves you speechless... we had a great time...the photos do not: when you enter the house you are amazed by the light of this apartment ... Aleks was very quick and clear in answering all our questions... we'll definitely be back!!!

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

We stayed here for 10 nights, during a climbing trip to the area. The apartment was a great base, and had everything we needed. Concepcion was very responsive to messages, and the check in and out was very straightforward. We would definitely stay again :)

We are a group of young chavales that we travel a lot throughout the year, and it is from the most spacious airbnb and better value for money, everything perfect, very spacious apartment, and the owners are very friendly and close, 100% recommended.

The apartment is simply fantastic. It is spacious & fitted out with top end furnishings & equipment. The bed is very comfortable. This is a large one bedroom apartment with an excellent double sink en suite and a great walk in shower. We didn't do any cooking but can confirm the kettle worked well as did the large fridge freezer. Although it was only January the weather was warm & sunny & it was very pleasant sitting on the terrace watching the world go by. We know Denia well and knew the location would be excellent. We ate out every night of our 5 days & the selection of good restaurants within a very short distance is large. Parking could be a little hit and miss although we were fortunate to park at the fish market car park 150m away where charging had been suspended. There are other nearby paying alternatives & if you don't mind a bit of a walk there are other free options. Denia is a fantastic town to visit on a winter break & this apartment ticks all the boxes.

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. Thank you for hosting us.

We enjoyed our time here. Our host Elisa was really nice and helpful. The property is really comfortable and has all the facilities you need. The roof terrace is lovely! Would come again.

We had a fantastic holiday, the Villa was amazing with everything we needed and more. The location is perfect, a 7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described and decorated beautifully. The added touch of a Christmas tree was a lovely and the pellet burner made it extremely cosy on the colder evenings. This wasn’t our first visit to Xabia but the first staying in the old town. We would definitely stay here again as the location is great. Amy and Dido sent clear instructions for check in and made things very easy for us. We would not hesitate to book through them again. Great villa, in a great location with selection of supermarkets nearby. One thing to note is nearest supermarket open on a Sunday is a 40 minute walk away. Host was very responsive and proactive to any issues we had. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The space was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The decor of the house is modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

Rosa was attentive in giving us directions before we checked in and helped us out. Rosa's apartment was really comfortable to stay in. It was spacious and pleasant, and the view was really good. It was nice to cook and eat in the kitchen. This is where I want to stay again for a little longer next time. We will definitely be back

Great location and pool

The truth is that it is a very cozy apartment with everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days and enjoy the beach, as is the lady who did not receive very friendly. Thank you a stay to repeat.

Beautiful bright apartment, all comforts! 2 beautiful bedrooms with comfy beds and plenty of closets . Impeccable bathrooms and toilets. - Furnished kitchen beautiful terrace with sea view. We loved our stay , we warmly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was spotless and very clean and Dani attended to us super BN , even let us leave the apartment later for having a baby of a few months.

The stay met our expectations. Very good communication with the host. Good location. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Great public transport connection to the center of Alicante. You can park your car in the internal parking lot for free. And most importantly, an exclusive hot tub 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Rudi and Maxim’s apartment in Alicante. The location is perfect, could not be better. Away from the crowded part of town but a short 8-10 min walk. It’s located directly across from the beach, I wish I could share pictures of that gorgeous view! The ones posted in the listing are pretty accurate. It was wonderful waking up to the sun shining down on the glistening sea! The apartment itself is absolutely stunning. Super clean, super modern and super high tech. It had everything we needed except a few small things, but we made a last minute booking on New Year’s Eve so it wasn’t a big deal. Rudi was a great host and checked on us often and communicated well. We can’t wait to be back!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host
