It was perfect. Francisco personally welcomed us and explained everything to us exactly. It has become a side thing to be received by a person and not by the key safe or combination lock. That was wonderful. The apartment offers completely everything you need. Nothing was missing. Possibly an extra cutting board would have been good - but this is whining at a very high level. Basics like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, milk, coffee pods are available - a whole basket of pastries was ready to welcome you. The apartment is very clean and practically furnished. There were five of us, everyone had their retreat area. It was a family reunion as our daughter is completing an Erasmus semester in Oviedo. The location of the apartment is also perfect - you can walk very quickly to all the important places and attractions. The easily accessible underground parking space is excellent. Francisco, it was very nice to stay with you! Thanks for everything!

Nice studio located on the top floor of a well located building, in a quiet area, overlooking the Winter Park, and a 10-15 minute walk to the center of Ovideo. An ideal place to spend a few days as a couple in a quiet, beautiful city with a spectacular gastronomy. The studio, very clean, has a well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms and parking space. Marta, the host, very attentive, gave us a very comfortable entrance and exit, adapted to our trip. Thank you Marta!!

The apartment is just as it can be observed in the photos (or better). Exceptional in the center of Oviedo to be able to walk (or by public transport). As for the night it is in a quiet area without noise so you can rest without a problem. It is also about 10 mins. walk from the Cathedral, and about 20/25 min. walk from the train and bus stations, so if you plan to visit other places you have no greater problem to move. Everything was perfect for the hosts, as they recommended places and restaurants to visit and try typical things. And Begoña explained everything to us perfectly. In general, there is no kind of paste. A 10, everything is perfect.

The accommodation is exactly as advertised. Clean, very comfortable, warm for winter. A car is necessary to move but well located to visit everything. Definitely a very good choice

Congratulations Ana, for the excellent idea of restoring by combining the architectural elements and the original materials of this wonderful apartment that possibly touches 100 years old, with the comforts of a current construction apartment. I loved the floors of cooked clay or hydraulic mosaic, originals and the foundry radiators with legs, the super high ceilings that give a special brightness to all the rooms, the doors that I suppose are the original, … etc. All combined with a modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. The decorating ideas using the original frames and windows, the decoration of the tastefully and painstakingly painted classic furniture. The restoration of the sofas, Vamos, all right from my humble opinion. I wish you a great success since I am sure your apartment is a great option for those of us who like to enjoy a comfortable accommodation, close to everything and very spacious.

Great location to explore Asturias. Rosa was super helpful with recommendations. The one thing I'd mentioned is that our apartment door opened directly onto a busy road. Beautiful garden to relax in and felt right at home, everyone so friendly.

the apartment is impeccable, very illuminated and tasteful. It is located in the center, near the cathedral, leisure areas, restaurants and a 15-minute walk from the train station and buses. Quiet pedestrian area. The owners left us more than essential elements for the kitchen and the toilet and Pablo was very attentive to our stay. Perhaps the only thing to improve the mattress that although new and in perfect condition was a little hard for us. However we would repeat delighted. Thanks for having us.

An accommodation where you feel at home, you don't miss anything, you find beauty and rest. Magnificent views and very well connected. The accommodation is incredible, comfortable, clean, with every detail and very homely. A great choice. And José Manuel attentive from the first second we decided to stay in his house until the last. Totally right the truth!

The house is just as it is in the photos. It is very spacious and very clean. The neighborhood is a little far away but it is quiet and you can park easily. It's a place I recommend.

It was exceptional! Possibly the most complete stay I've ever stayed in, Sara was a wonderful host!

The place was great, clean, warm and the hot tub was great. The village is very comfortable, there is everything and Oviedo is nearby for the day. As a suggestion, if you have ground floor and first floor available take the first one, the two nights we were woken up in the morning by the tenants upstairs running and shouting... This has nothing to do with the host, if not with the fact that it is an old house and they were quite little considered upon arrival... Still, if only the ground floor is available, take it well. It's well worth it. Access to the village is great if you make sure that the GPS takes you to the national one that comes and goes from Oviedo. We had a little scare out of here because of us, the GPS sent us for the mountain towns and we thought we didn't get there 😅

Love love love the place. It was beyond our expectations. The view was amazinggg, couldn't have enough of it. Host was so kind and was available when ever we needed Public transport was good too just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop and bus goes straight to the oviedo centre. Thank you so much for everything once again :)
