Love this place -- Cadaques -- and the beautiful beach and muelle that are perfect places to hang out and swim. I have stayed here many times, and will stay here again. The place is safe, secure and clean, very comfortable and I know what to expect. Thank you for everything.

Good apartment in a central location; I had a good stay and would come back if I were staying in Bayahibe again; Many shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance; Parking available in front of building; A (minor) disadvantage (at least currently): just across the street, there is major construction work going on (which caused some noise during daytime), but no problem when inside the apartment with the door closed - and no noisy during the night.

I was on business at Dominicus for only three days, but I found Casa Larimar 214 very welcoming. The apartment doesn't have a pool view like others hosted by Santa Demetria, but it is priced perfectly for those who travel short-stay looking for peaceful QUIET atmosphere. The complex has 24-hours security with amenities all around. The pool area is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The apartment itself is extremely clean with all working appliances. It has a very convenient terrace for those who want to enjoy an outside drink with a Dominican cigar. The kitchen has most utensils you will need for basic cooking and coffee making. The shower is ample with nice water pressure. One of the most conveniences that Casa Larimar 214 offers to business guests is a lighting-fast fiber optic WIFI connection perfect for virtual conferences and streaming. I will definitely keep Casa Larimar 214 on my list for upcoming visits to Dominicus.

The accommodation complies with everything the listing says, the place is very clean and there is a very good area, we had many shops nearby to buy pantry and the beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. The pool is amazing and in the place there are many green areas to enjoy the day, the internet is a little slow however it did not affect our stay at all. The kitchen is very complete since it has all the utensils you can imagine, I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is super cozy, very well equipped, everything works perfectly, the only thing that exceeds the same apartment are the attentions of Indhira, who gave us a close follow-up at all times. The area of Playa Nueva Romana is safe, beautiful and close to the beach, pizzeria, restaurant, mini market, tennis courts, soccer, golf course, etc. It is better to use a vehicle to move inside the complex that is majestically large and beautiful. All of the aforementioned amenities are located less than 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely come back. I had an incredible stay at the place! The accommodation was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The apartment was well organized and equipped for three adults. The decoration was cute. We particularly liked the location, right in the middle of the well-kept green area of ​​Cadaques and the beautiful, shady terrace with a view of the park and chapel. Karina and we have a good communication succeeded, despite the language barriers, after a few funny moments at the beginning. Karina was helpful and always friendly. That's something we really value in people, the willingness to communicate with each other.

Melissa was very attentive during our stay. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the markets around the city.

The place was as advertised and the photos. It was in excellent condition, the area is very quiet and safe... it also has an excellent pool. On the other hand I had plenty of towels and bedding to cover every day of the reservation. Juan Carlos was attentive and always available for things we need. we'll come back

I love this place. Super spacious and quiet. Check-in was super easy to do. The pool in the complex is spectacular. Auri is without a doubt an excellent host. This is a great place! View of the pool from the patio is exactly like the listing! Walking distance to Altos de Chavon, with lots of restaurants and some shopping. Tight security to enter Casa de Campo, which is good and bad, because any Uber or shuttle we used needed to go through a long verification process. It’s a large resort, so we rented a golf cart. Very important, especially if you want to go to the Marina, with great restaurants and shops.
