Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vila Verde

We really enjoyed this villa, its wide open spaces, swimming pool and beautiful well-maintained garden. The on-site caretakers have always listened to us to facilitate our stay.

Excellent stay. The house exceeded expectations, beautiful and very neat. It smelled very well. In addition, the site was extremely calm and with a lot of privacy. They were very attentive, always ready to help. We had a small situation that we eventually managed to solve ourselves, however they were attentive to the point of leaving a basket with breakfast at our door for the inconvenience we had. I recommend it 100% and we will definitely be back there.

Before we arrived on site, I was able to have different exchanges with Marco who was very responsive and who was able to respond to all our requests. On site, we were met by a lady who takes care of the maintenance, she was available throughout our stay. The accommodation is great, spacious, clean and well-equipped. We were fortunate to be the only occupants, and had the outside only for us. The outside is like the pictures, beautiful and peaceful. We were not disappointed with our stay.

The house and phenomenal garden, everything is very clean and with a dryer. Dishwasher, washing machine. vacuum... But the inconvenience is not their fault, is that the beaches are very far away and the roads are very bad, it takes a lot to walk a sad stretch given to the convoluted roadwork. But, if you go not to go to the beach as it may be your choice. As for the rules of coexistence, they made it very clear that from 10 at night to 9 tomorrow we had to be quiet. We of course complied with it, because we like to obviously be able to rest and we went. with my 2 dogs, but the neighbor of the third chalet was horrible what his 2 dogs barked in the garden. with which there were several nights I struggled to sleep because of the barking. Thankfully we were just a week because of this one.

Wonderful Country House for Holiday in Gerês. Close to several areas of the Natural and Minho Park, cozy and in the middle of nature. Silent mountainside street overlooking the mountains, complete with everything a person may need for cooking (minus one oven, but okay). We were a couple with two small dogs that loved the fenced backyard. The week we spent there we saw from the window cows grazing and a shepherd with sheep. Even a fantastic experience to relax the city. The host was very attentive and sent many tips and the point of maps to the house, checked in smoothly, the car was parked on the front terrain without any problems.

Very good stay thanks to Marilia's mother very very kind and adorable. House in a peaceful place and a view too beautiful. Just the address mentioned on the site is not just any other way everything is fine. Thank you very much for a great stay.

The house is beautiful and overflowing with old-fashioned character and charm. Maria was friendly and helpful. We loved the lemon trees and fresh spring water. We felt like aristocrats clattering about in this grand old home. There’s plenty to occupy you nearby. I would recommend this place to families or more than one family looking for a relaxing holiday in semi-rural Portugal.

Antonio is an excellent host. He patiently waited for us for over an hour as we were delayed. He personally showed us the apartment and it's amenities. The apartment is clearly a labour of love. It is very well maintained. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. It is located at walking distance from all major historical places. With Antonio's responsiveness and personal touch, we could not have asked for more.

Very warm welcome. Small welcome gift. The views are beautiful and quiet. We took advantage of the pool and the beautiful terrace. We had a great stay. Recommended.

Excellent apartments with a beautiful terrace with stunning views. It's just like in the photos! Fernandes is a very hospitable host, gave us recommendations on the way, met us and answered all possible questions.

João and Astrid are super cozy. We were opened the doors of their house, put them at ease, and were always available in case of necessity. Very nice place to spend a few days with family. Highly recommended for those with young children. The house was spotless and the outdoor garden is great for a good time. Mr. Vitor was very friendly and always very quick to answer. The entry and exit process was very simple and fast. He gave several suggestions of places where one could go to lunch/dinner or to go shopping. The house is located in a very friendly village and relatively close to other big towns/cities with a lot to do. I recommend 100% for those planning to stay in this area.

this place is great for a short vacation, as well as a long stay like ours. though it is small it is also very comfortable (and cozy). the kitcenette was well equiped and i cooked almost all our meals there. julia was friendly, nice and attentive. she was always within reach if we needed something. i definitly recommend staying here if you are in need of accomodation in this beautiful area of portugal.

very friendly and responsive host. very good communication. top-notch accommodation. just missing air conditioning or screens to be able to leave the windows open at night to refresh the apartment. very spacious accommodation for 5. clean and functional.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. However the shops were not accessible to all our party as the roads were very steep, thankfully we had younger members who were able to get stuff locally. Táxis and Bolts were easily booked for travelling into Braga and the bus service was also very good

We had a wonderful stay in Sergio's villa. There is all the equipment available for rent with friends and family! Sergio and Silvia are very responsive and respond promptly to any questions. We highly recommend it.

We loved this villa! We were 8, including 2 children and 1 teenager. The house is really large and well laid out with large rooms. Special mention for the 4 bathrooms and the equipment, it was perfect. The outdoor areas are also great and the kids enjoyed the pool. For hikes in Gerês National Park, note that there is a road, so it's not possible to do this every day. That said, there are very nice tours in the area too. Communication with Diane was great too. Finally, there are very good restaurants nearby, special mention for Metropizza that we recommend.

The house is beautiful, of a typical architecture of the villages of the north of the Iberian Peninsula, very well preserved and equipped, has all the amenities, even for a dinner with many people. Calm environment, familiar and great for pets. As the house is all walled is safe for even the most restless pets. The pool area is also fenced, good for children. Although we have been there in the winter all the spaces have some kind of heating and many covered. Alexandra is very kind and helpful, willing to help whenever we had a question about how the house works. Thank you very much Alexandra for the excellent stay you have provided us.

An excellent location with stunning views over the valley of Terras do Bouro. Large house to spacious. It is only necessary to pay attention to the access that is not very easy because it is inclined but nothing that is not done. I highly recommend it.
