Villa holiday rentals in Vila Nova de Cacela

We had an amazing 10 nights in the villa. The outside area was great for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing reading a book. Then the shaded area was great if you needed to get out of the sun. The swimming pool was really clean and well maintained throughout the holiday. As it was August it was lovely and warm. All bedrooms were a great size and it was lovely that each room had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and with Lidl only a 10 min walk away it was great for food shopping. Tirimisu Bar was great for food and drink and very reasonable. We also ate at a lovely Italian restaurant at the golf village which was only a few minutes drive away. Ubers were very easy to get. We had a late flight back so thankfully we were able to leave our cases in the villa until it was time to great. Overall a fantastic holiday in a great villa.

We four friends had a very nice time in this fantastic house and found exactly what we were looking for: sunrise, sunset, a view of the vastness of the mountains, absolute peace... The pool was my joy despite my injured leg! The house is furnished with great attention to detail, which also contributed to our relaxation! Thank you also for the friendly and helpful contact! After our vacation in Madeira was canceled due to a forest fire, we never thought we would find such beautiful accommodation at the last minute. We would love to come back!

Absolutely a beautiful villa in a peaceful setting. There is a large supermarket nearby and the old town Albuferia and beaches are only a 8 to10 minute drive away. The villa has all the amenities you need and is well maintained. The grounds and pool area are large with plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. Large patio table and chairs. Large brick charcoal bbq setup. Nice loungers and umbrellas for shade at the pool which was great and came in very handy. Very spacious bedrooms with massive wardrobes each with their own large en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with a great supply of everything we needed. The laundry room has a washing machine, and each bedroom has air conditioning. We felt very safe at the property as there were locks and shutters for the doors and a locked gate to exit and enter. The villa was perfect for 10 guests (with 3 children). We had a great week thanks in part to the responsiveness and good advice of Patricia and her team with whom we had a lot of discussions (special attention to Danielle and her kindness) Thanks to them! Only very small downside, maybe the lack of accessories in the kitchen, but which in no way tainted our satisfaction. I recommend it 100%.

My husband and I with our two dogs stayed for a month. The house was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a long stay. The location was ideal, everything was within a 5-10minute drive including the beach. The house is lovely and private with a huge garden that our dogs absolutely loved! The wardrobes and mattresses in the main bedrooms could do with updating which I think is fair to say. The annex is very modern with new furniture and a kitchenette which is a nice addition. Again, the location is just superb thank you.

Fabrice was a gentleman and pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive, helpful and informative. The accommodation was beautiful, spotless clean, very spacious and in a very quiet area which was great. Walking distance to the town which had nice beaches, shops and restaurants. It’s a good location if you want to go visiting other towns too. A great family holiday was had. Thanks Fabrice.

Guest # 1 :The house was very clean on our arrival and we were very impressed Guest #2: the manager was readily available to answer our inquiries Guest # 3 : we were given a warm welcome at our arrival and toured the home which was helpful and a lovely personal touch Guest #4: the size of the home was quite impressive and we loved discovering details in a new space for the 1st few days Guest #5 :all the seating areas were unique and gave us a chance to slip away while remaining close Guest #6: we were a group of 8 which can be tricky at times but given the size of the home we never felt crowded. Karina’s , villa is absolutely perfect 10/10 … modern , immaculate , spacious and perfect location. A Short walk ( 6 mins ) to a stunning beach and multiple other beaches not far , lovely beach bars and other restaurants ( one a Michelin guide restaurant) only a short walk from the Villa . We will definitely return and Karines Villa is easily no 1 in the area !

The stay at this rental was absolutely amazing. Jacky was a gracious host and was there for any need and informed us of the villa very well . As of the villa , the place was pristine and full of the amenities listed . Would love to come back here.

José and Catiá were very welcoming and available for our stay at 12 in their house, especially to quickly remedy small problems (a problem with opening the door for example). they were also accommodating on our arrival time and we thank them very much. Their accommodation is beautiful, very functional and very very well maintained, it is very pleasant to stay in. The only negative point that does not depend on our hosts is the many construction works in the neighborhood that cause some morning noise disturbances but otherwise everything was great! Thanks!

Just on our way home with 7 friends after a long weekend stay at the villa for the world superbikes. The villa was perfect for our group especially each room having its own bathroom! The hosts were fantastic with communication even as far as being able to check us in early and letting us check out a little later! Can’t wait to stay again

The villa was incredibly well presented and had plenty of utensils for cooking if you wanted to! The pool table was a bit with our kids. Paulo was very responsive when I had any questions. Overall a wonderful stay and plenty of space for us all.

Very good house. Beautiful garden and good bedrooms. The only problem is the fact that the hot water only lasts for 3 persons… and the house fits for 9… it’s difficult for the showers.

A wonderful villa, located in a quiet and peaceful area. Fernando was helpful and responsive to all our needs. An ideal place to stay nearby to the marina in Vilamoura.

It was our privilege and fulfillment to stay at Dreams Sunday. It was a memorable trip with all my friends as we had throughout the week together. Dreams Sunday provided accommodation so that we could have several activities throughout our stay. The pool was clean! The host was active throughout the conversation if we needed more information or help during our stay. We also requested check-in early and the host was able to accommodate. Also, the host is attentive to our needs with small important things such as provided new clean towel for us during middle of our stay! We are all glad that we found Dreams Sunday for our stay. If we will have a chance to be back in Portugal, we will definitely book with Dreams Sunday again! :)

Just had a 3 night stay in this property. Close to the marina and all local bars / restaurant. Maria was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out. Responds to e mails etc very quickly. Quite a quiet street with no disturbances, there is a large garden and communal pool to use. Property itself is a little dated but had plenty of amenities and was clean on arrival.

We've just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Verde. It had everything we needed and was much bigger than the photographs suggest. It worked perfectly for us to visit family up the road and the pool was an added bonus. The villa was spotless and Phil always got back to me within minutes if I needed any help. Thank you!

A really fantastic place to stay! We fully enjoyed the nice accommodation including a wonderful infinity pool. I would recommend this villa to everybody searching for a quiet place to enjoy your holidays !

Nuno's place was really clean and spacious with 3 decent size bedrooms, especially the master bedroom with its ensuite. The outdoor space is perfect and safe for kids with the fenced swimming pool. There is also an outdoor kitchen and a big table under a covered patio. There is also enough space for 2 or 3 cars at the end of the driveway. The villa is very close to all the amenities and very nice beaches. And Nuno was a perfect host being very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. All in all, I'd recommend Nuno's villa.

Jonathan & Sandra were fantastic hosts. swift and responsive from first enquiry to check out. very considerate hosts, gave local recommendations and provided flexibility. . Everything we needed there, and assistance was available through Greet who met us on arrival and departure and kindly brought additional equipment (scales and large mixer) to us to bake cakes, even bringing extra games suitable for our disabled child. Discreet and also available for anything we needed. The villa was beautiful, the surroundings and grounds breathtaking. Shops a 5 minute drive and all we wanted to see was within 30 minutes, although mainly stayed in and soaked up the serene magic of this location. we didn't hire a car, we used Uber which was easy, reasonable and straightforward. 5 euros to the local supermarket, 15-20 euros to the mar shopping complex, 25 euros to Tavira. An incredible place, wonderful hosts and a firm favourite with our family. thank you so much for everything. ❤
