I was only there for one night because I had to leave directly in the morning, but I enjoyed the stay a lot. Everything looked very nice, everything necessary was available and it was super clean too! I loved it. Check-in also worked great, I was a little late, but Ayako was very flexible and understood! Always happy to, I can only recommend it 👍

We had no trouble finding the place and Stefanie had provided us with instructions in addition to information that was in the flat itself. I thought it was a good location for visiting the Christmas markets.

Peter and Annette's apartment is beautiful. My boyfriend and I didn't miss anything. We were really very happy with the location, the parking and the kitchen. The bus stop, as well as the supermarket are right in front of the apartment. Despite the construction site on the street, it is super quiet and you can retreat very well. The hosts are incredibly helpful! Peter even took us into town for a short drive. The interaction was totally friendly and we were very grateful to them. We would recommend the apartment at any time. Simply great. Frank was so sweet and responded to our request for a late check-in and welcomed us with his friendly manner and showed us the apartment. The apartment is excellently equipped with everything you normally need. Both the order, cleanliness and the chic but still cozy furnishings immediately ensure that you feel comfortable. The location is excellent too. The park with the birdhouse and a great playground right across the street, gave my son a lot of fun and my wife and me a lot of relaxation. We will definitely visit again :)

Wonderful apartment, clean and well furnished, easy to access and in a nice location - one bus away from the Messe Conference Centre Stefano was helpful and responsive and the flat had small little things like tea, nespresso pods and supplies that make life just a little bit easier

We stayed with Gabi and Friedhelm for two days and could unfortunately only use the apartment for the night. There were plenty of offers in the apartment alone to occupy yourself there. In addition, it was very clean, mega cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail and child-friendly. You can feel like at home there, you have your privacy and it's very quiet. Gabi and Friedhelm have also carried many great leisure activities in the area together and plenty of information about it in the apartment. The apartment is only recommended! Our stay at Bella's place was completely positive. Our reservation request was promptly answered and confirmed even later. We were welcomed on site and provided with helpful tips. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very well maintained. The small "fridge kiosk" is just one of the nice touches that make the stay enjoyable. If we are in the Ruhr area again, we will be happy to come back – a clear recommendation!

We had a very nice stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped. Our 20 month old daughter was with us, there was plenty of room for her to play. The high chair was already ready, which was very nice. It was a 20 min drive to Roermond and the restaurants were very close. In short, super satisfied!
