Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Vientiane Province

I recommend it as a good place to stay. The cleanliness is also great. Other fixtures are good. However, there are 2 towels provided, so it is too insufficient. Please improve. I will choose this place if I go to Laos again.

Casey’s place was superb! Great location(there is a big mall, restaurants, massage parlors, supermarket just steps away), great view, great interior. The gym and swimming pool were also a great bonus… although the water was slightly a little too cold :) You can get a big towel only for 20,000 Kip! Casey even set up a taxi ride from the airport since I arrived early in the morning(1am). Casey was a great host and I would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is just wonderful. Comfortable bed, great kitchen, good washing mashine and amazing balcony that looks over Vientiane. We stayed for two weeks and had everything we needed to feel at home. And if some little detail was missing, the hosts were quick to respond and helped us out. The hosts are great in general!! Great communication, helpful instructions for check in and they even had the apartment cleaned and linen and towels replaced in regular intervals. I can not recommend this place enough. We would come back any time we are in Vientiane.

Clean room condition and comfortable bed. It was near Paxson Mall, so it was an impeccable accommodation to the best location. The hot water came out very well and there were plenty of towels. The host was so kind and this place was a big part of our trip. I want to go again next time.:)

I loved my stay at Souphalak's condo. It was located right next door to a mall and within walking distance of some of the sights I wanted to visit. Souphalak was also an excellent host. I appreciated her taking the time to walk me around the vicinity to get me acquainted with my home for a week. The condo was so cozy that I rarely wanted to leave. It was a mixture of being in a condo and a hotel, as such I was able to use the pool and purchase breakfast. If I were to return to Vientiane I would definitely choose to stay here again.

It was modern and clean

The place was great. It is a bit further away from the mall and night market but if you have a car, it's not a problem.

The view was very good.部屋は清潔でとても快適でした。キッチンは一式の設備が整っていて、また洗濯機もあり、同じ価格帯のホテルに比べて、より楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。質問にもすぐに答えていただき、安心して滞在できました。 The view was absolutely stunning. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was also a washing machine, which allowed me to have a more enjoyable and fulfilling stay compared to a hotel in the same price range. All my questions were answered promptly, which made my stay even more reassuring.

This condo is strongly recommendable for all the tourists. The location is perfect for walking around many attractions including temples, restaurants, night markets etc. The condo is spacious, and is equipped with all kitchen utilities. I felt like staying at home.

Lovely apartment in a good spot, 15ish minute walk to Parkson Mall and same in the other direction to Morning Market (don't bother, there's no wet market just overpriced poor quality junk and rags). At the entrance, turn left and walk about 5 minutes, Rimping Supermarket (same chain we use here in Chiang Mai).Good quality local and fantastic range of imported goods. Some construction going on over the road, but it looks like all the big and noisy stuff finished, they didn't bother us apart from one afternoon, but they finished at 16.00 First time in Vientiane for 20 years, what a change! There was only one guesthouse with wifi in town, only one 12 or so storey hotel (also the only place in town with a gym), no high rise. Very different now, BUT the locals are still very friendly; in Thailand we've come to realise over the years that they seem to put up with us being there, they smile with their mouths but not their eyes. Laos is still very polite and welcoming. All bread is great.

The place was clean and had a fridge and washing machine which was very handy. There is a large grocery store that you can walk to from the accommodation, so it is convenient to buy necessary items.
