Overall the place is as what has been promoted. Place is well stocked up. Has all the basic needs of an Airbnb place. There is a paid laundry in the basement that one just has to install an app as instructed in the laundry area to book and use the washer and dryer. Payment of 4euro per wash. Place is near the metro subway station just a few meters walk from the hotel and an amusement park is located just beside it. The bar at the rooftop and restaurant is chic and one can lounge on it as well. Overall place is recommendable to visitors

Everything was great. We were very caring and friendly. We got a friendly answer to every question. The rooms were spotless. When we returned to our room in the evening, our room was rearranged. The breakfast was really great. Everything was so fresh and delicious. This will be our preference for our trip to Vienna again without hesitation. & Thank you for everything:)

Even though the rooms are quite small and the bed is not a double but two singles pushed together, making sleeping with your partner a challenge, the location can not be beat. It’s located in the heart of Vienna minutes from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, restaurants, shopping & cafes. The rooms are clean and have everything you will need. Who wants to spend time in your room when in this magical city anyway! The price is super reasonable for where it’s located and we highly recommend Pia’s flats if you want a superb location at a very affordable price! Highly recommend!!!

Comfortable and very conveniently located, this pensione is a good choice if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Vienna for a few days. Close to the shops in Mariahilf and a U-bahn station, the team made my stay very pleasant.

Everything was perfect. Aliz was helpful in everything. The apartment is in a perfect location and has a true Viennese style. The street is a litle bit lood from the clubs at night from the children point of view.

Maria welcomed us with a smile and hospitality, even though we arrived last minute before the end of check-in. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use all the amenities, but the few minutes spent in Maria's garden added energy for the morning.

Overall pretty happy about the stay. Great location. Dogs friendly. Has a crib for a baby. The only miscommunication is about parking. The owner said that for the street parking i need to pay fee. The fee is enforced from 9 am till 7 pm. So it means that after 7 pm parking is free. Apparently, not. I got a fine at 9:30 pm (~35 euro). I asked owner about it in advance but owner just copied and pasted the same generic reply about parking that was sent to me a day before .
