Holiday rentals with beach access in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

Hi! This is my 2nd stay here. I plan on moving 2 PR so won’t personally need the apt again but when we have guests come 2 visit, we will put them up here. Most of the reviews sum it up well. I can add that the new mattress was huge. If u need piping hot water, it’s not, hotter than luke warm tho, just have 2 let in run 4 a few secs. I just make a habit of cleaning, my OCD is bad. This apt is spotless. I walk barefoot and not a speck of dirt on my feet. as stated b4, it’s not fancy but it’s an apt that has good vibes inside. U can tell it means a lot 2 Arlene that her guests are comfortable, Arlene is amazing! There is nothing that u will need other than food. It literally is the perfect place 2 stay. I’m not sure if there is a way 2 reach out 2 ppl thru the platform but I am willing 2 answer any specific questions. U will not b disappointed if u book this cozy apt. The condo exceeded expectations! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was spotless with comfortable beds. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, making the entire stay seamless. The location is perfect—central to everything you could need. The pool was fabulous and well-maintained. Don’t hesitate to book; you won’t regret it!

Another wonder stay! This was our 3rd time staying at Tommy & Kayla's. We love the Ocean Park neighborhood, the beach is so close, and there's plenty of food and drink options nearby. The space is just enough for 2 people. I'm sure we'll be back again in the future!

Ana was a delight, she was proactive & always available to answer any questions. She shared her cozy little paradise with us and it was exactly what we needed. Only steps from the ocean & walking distance to anything you need. We will be booking with her again ❤️

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! Mauricio and Melba are excellent hosts. There isn’t anything more satisfying than having a host who communicates and leaves no stones unturned. They are true in making your stay unforgettable and welcoming. Location-Location-Location surrounds this property and easy access to the wonderful Isla Verde strip. This condo offers beautiful views from the balcony that allowed us to unwind and feel like we were in paradise. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and the host provided toiletries that were very functional for us to use during our stay. The front staff were welcoming and answered all of ours questions. The host Rita was very attentive and accommodating to our needs when communicating with her.

Our stay was fantastic. Jose's condo was very comfortable and clean. We would absolutley stay again. Jose and Frances were very responsive and helpful and could not have been better hosts. There were lots of thoughtful extras including things I would not have noticed, but my wife did. Things like sunscreen, makeup removing wipes, and bobby pins. The bed was quite comfortable and the bedroom and entire spaceous and not cramped. There were other extras like sturdy beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a couple of very useful portablce ice chests, and others that were very much appreciated. It's a very well thought out rental and I wholeheartedly recommend it. We look forward to staying there again. Thanks Jose and Frances!

It was perfect for my 2 sisters and I, we enjoyed the place and privacy. Definitely will be coming back.

We had a great stay at this house! It was fairly clean, located in a nice, walkable neighborhood, and perfect for a larger group. The host was very communicative and quick to respond, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a spacious place in a convenient location!

The stay at Valerie's place was great. We were there for a week. She is very responsive! Looked just like the photos and very clean, and secure. There was an issue with the shower water pressure in the bathroom and they came in and installed a new unit! We never quite got the hang of how to turn the lights in some areas of the home on and off even with instructions. The pool was great! A few times we were spooked and thought someone was literally in the house with us... everything sounds extremely close (ppl next door walking, talking, opening/closing doors). We got used to it though. We did a Walmart run to get handsoap, dish detergent and dish sponge, lysol spray, AND more trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels. The starter supply will last only a few days depending on usage. There is a washer and no dryer... but there's a drying rack available. We took Uber everywhere to get around. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay here and would return 🙂

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

The apartment is in a great location, extremely safe and with quick access to a great beach. It came with all sorts of beach equipment which was extremely handy when on holiday. The AC also works great. We felt the communication from the hosts was lacking a bit and the apartment could’ve been a little cleaner, but other than that everything was ok.

I loved it I felt at home, I would really come back without a doubt everything very clean and organized, very quiet place, everything as in the photo is more I would say that in person it is another very beautiful thing, Nélida communicated to verify if I had arrived Bn or if I had any need 😍 the truth very good and friendly communication.

We had a great stay at Francheska's. There was plenty of room for three families to spread out but also to spend time together. The pool is an awesome perk. Previous reviews (and our uber driver also) mentioned that it is across the street from housing projects and that is true. But we felt totally safe, even letting our 13 year olds explore on their own. Location is a short walk to the beach and grocery store and restaurants, so overall definitely a win.

Perfect spot in Condado with a fantastic view. Apartment itself has everything you will need with all the beach gear plus a full kitchen with supplies for the basics. Tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. Host was very responsive.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was in a safe area. It is right on the beach and so convenient to restaurants, grocery store, etc. The apartment had beach items and plenty of games for families. Very spacious! We had a great time and highly recommend this place!

Thank you so much Sheila for sharing your beautiful condo with us. From the very beginning everything was fabulous! We arrived late night and yours were The clearest check-in instructions we have ever received, and we felt comfortable and right at home immediately. The Oceanside balcony was more than we expected and we had two beaches mere steps from the condo. Groceries and restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk. There is so much to do and Sheila thought of so many extra touches: beach chairs and towels, a reusable grocery bag for trips to the store, even cold water and ice waiting for us when we arrived. We hope Sheila will have us back again! Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay everything was clean and just as pics looked online. Jose was very responsive and respectful we will continue to use him on our trips to Puerto Rico. The price was good also over all I give 5stars!!

We highly recommend Eric’s place! It exceeded our expectations. It was a great location right on the beach. It was safe, had onsite parking, magnificent views of the city & the ocean. It was walkable to several stores, restaurants and even a casino! We were celebrating a milestone birthday and so happy we chose this place. We can’t wait until our next visit!! My daughter is already asking when we can go back.

It’s a cute studio apartment close to everything. Very clean and we got clear instructions with pictures. The beach was a two minute walk. We rented beach chairs for $5 each included towels at the beach. My husband and I like to walk around after the beach. It’s was perfect for us.

Everything was as described, clean, and a perfect location. Felix was incredibly responsive and helpful.

The 180-degree views of San Juan and the water were stunning. The decor was so tasteful and well thought out; it made the apartment feel like a true getaway. Within a few minutes walk of the apartment are Escambrón beach, Parque Luís Muñoz Rivera, and a wonderful walking/running/cycling route that takes you into Old San Juan. We would definitely stay here again.
