Beachfront holiday rental in Viana do Castelo District

Very nice apartment, quiet, with nice views of the wild coast. Opposite there is a supermarket, which is very convenient. We had a one day delay on our arrival due to a transportation issue and Mariana adapted, thank you again. We'll be back in this apartment if we go back to Ancora

It was our first vacation together as a family and it was wonderful. The accommodation + garden is simply a dream and a little oasis. Getting into the driveway by car is a bit difficult, but doable. Antonio gave us a very warm welcome and was always available for questions etc. We highly recommend this airbnb.

We have had such a fantastic time at Ocean house. Such a great location, plenty of things to do within walking distance, beautiful beach. The house is in great condition and very clean and very well equipped. Marta was very helpful and responsive. We will be returning !

This is a spacious apartment at walking distance from the beach and the surroundings are beautiful. Pedro allowed us to check earlier and he was there to assist us with any queries.

The house is very good, clean, comfortable, with all equipment for a great stay. Tania is a kind person, concerned with offering the best, and quick responses. It made our check-out flexible, and since the wi-fi was slow on account of the supplier company, it immediately provided a signal repeater that solved the problem. Indico !

Had a fantastic week at Cabedelo beach. Apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with Hugo was excellent- a great host. We made good use of the pool and beach and used the ferry boat to go into town. Aquario and Foz restaurants were both very good and only a couple of minutes walk away. We also liked the north club beach bar for a sunset drink. Loved that the area is not super touristy and a great base to explore northern Portugal.

Amazing host and lovely apartment ! Maurício could not have nicer or more helpful - he was definitely the highlight of my stay. From meeting you at check in to giving local recommendations to going above and beyond to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition. For the apartment, I appreciated the heating, comfortable bed and sofa, good wifi, and lovely views from the balcony. Having the beach only a couple minutes’ walk is a real plus that both my dog and I enjoyed. Because there is so much to do in the area I didn’t use the pool/gym as I planned, but it looked really nice. Finally I found the locals quite friendly on walks around, which I appreciated. If you’re thinking of a stay, book without hesitation!

Beautiful apartment right on the beach, loads of space, bigger than we expected. We used our car a lot to do things but the accommodation was super private and quiet (in November) Really lovely stay.

Magnificent, well designed house. Extremely comfortable and in a scenic spot overlooking the valley. Good choice of beaches and towns within a short drive. We had a lovely restful stay.

House better than in the photos, lots of space, lots of shady places, very homely and homely, large pool with many loungers, beautiful outdoor area with seating, layout of the rooms with bathrooms very nice, kitchen large with all the amenities, many possibilities to do something in every direction, the instruction by the house owner was extensive, a lot of self-explanatory, can recommend the house in good conscience

We had a lovely time staying at Marinha's place. Everything was there and as described. Marinha was quick to respond to my messages and was friendly. Check-in was very straightforward. There was no in-person handover

We had a wonderful time The apartment matched the pictures and great views from the balcony. The communication with Laura is good and was quick to respond. It is a nice small village with a good train connection to several villages. In the village of Caminha, you can take a water taxi over the river Mino to Spain. Restaurants, supermarket are within walking distance. At the beginning of September there was a village party with a fair at the door for 3 days. Very cozy, you could see parades from the balcony in no time. I would recommend the apartment and the place Vila Praia de Ancora to anyone.

House clean and very well equipped. Close to supermarket, bakery and restaurants. Very appreciated stay by the whole family (group of 7 people). To be repeated!

We really enjoyed spending time in this house. A beautiful view of the temples, the island and the sunset opens right in the courtyard. The house is clean and you will find everything you need for cooking inside. José is a very hospitable host and gave us great recommendations for visiting Portugal.
