I had the pleasure of staying, with a group of friends, in this large beach house and it was a wonderful experience. The location is in fact ideal for large groups and/or families; it offers ample spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The house is very welcoming and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what made the vacation even more enjoyable was the host's hospitality. We were greeted with great kindness and availability and immediately felt at home. The host was always available for any need or question. I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet location and with exceptional hospitality.

We had three fantastic weeks in Stefania's home. We were two couples, there was enough space and privacy for everyone. We have been vacationing to Italy together for years, but this was the best house we ever rented. Beautiful location, nice garden, cozy village with a shop in food and several restaurants. And there is so much beauty to see and experience in the area. We made a lot of use of public transport, both the bus from Gabicce and the train from Cattolica. Stefania is a "top host", always available, and with good tips. Upon arrival there was a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine ready. Extremely nice!

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

The villa is absolutely beautiful inside & out. Giorgio was an amazing host, and we were in need of nothing. He helped arrange a dinner for 15 and gave some great recs on restaurants nearby, which made it easy and delicious. All the rooms in the villa were comfortably accommodated with bathrooms, plus there were multiple sitting areas, and an awesome fireplace and dining table. We could not have asked for anything better.

I stayed in Villa Chiara, a very large house with 2 very comfortable and very clean bathrooms, equipped in detail. Four well furnished and very comfortable rooms, top heating. The common spaces are large and practical to enjoy moments of true relaxation and equipped with all the comforts... I immediately felt at home (perhaps better)... In addition to the house, Gianluca's professionalism in the organization, Valerio's patience in responding to every request and Rosanna's kindness, who welcomed us at check-in... Highly recommend to everyone. Both for holidays and work.... See you soon

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Spacious and beautiful Villa with big yard and pool. 4 adults + 1&3 year olds fit perfectly. The kitchen is really spacious and functional. Messaging with Andreas was super fast and smooth, he booked us taxis on the day of departure, as well as rental cars for the entire trip waiting for us at the train station ready when we arrived! A rental car(s) are almost essential if you want to see listings an hour away. For wine lovers, a big recommendation to visit the Guerrier winery.

Staying at the Villa was a dream come true. The setting was gorgeous. The grounds were well maintained, gracious and comfortable. The house was clean and neat, but with lots of personality. All of the beds were comfortable. There was space for eating, sleeping, relaxing, talking with friends. Everything needed and more! The second building, with the large group eating space was especially beautiful and we even had weather that allowed us to use the big fireplace. The large room with a ping pong table was a big hit as well! Our contact was so kind and responsive. We had a couple of questions across the week and she replied right away with answers or came over to show us what we needed. It is nerve racking to invite a large number of guests to a place you have never seen before - - but the Villa was everything we hoped for, and more! We hope we will have a chance to go back.

The house and the whole property is a dream! The park of the house is huge and offers a lot to discover including the pool from which you have an astonishing view to the little mountains in the surroundings. The house itself has a lot of tasteful old furniture, including a billiard table. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kitchen and also did a barbecue in the garden. It’s the perfect place for a big group like ours with a lot of kids who appreciate a quite and close to nature home.

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

This was our second time visiting this beautiful farmhouse and once again we were not disappointed. The location is peaceful and private. The pool is amazing. The location is the perfect place to discover Tuscany and the local towns and villages. Pop down to the bakery in the nearby village at Chiassa Superiore and have pizza, possibly the best pizza in the world! Thank you for allowing us to stay again. Salvatore the caretaker lives further down the valley, such an amazing guy, he will show you around and provide whatever help you need; he speaks no English, but we desperately wanted to bring him home with us! Please be kind to him, he will look after you. Don't hesitate to stay at this villa, you won't be disappointed.

The property is perfect for large groups. We were almost 50 people and had a great time. Location perfect! Pool super nice. The perfect sunset every night.
