We found the house to be more than we had hoped for. The whole house was in excellent condition. The outdoor space was awesome. I would recommend the property to my family and friends.

We stayed at Hamzeh’s home for a little under two months while our home underwent construction with our family of 5. The home was beautiful and perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen was large and open concept which made supervising my kids while preparing meals a comparative breeze. The absolute best thing about this house was its location for us. We are Livermore locals and my husband was born and raised in Springtown which is just down the hill. Our absolute favorite place to hike in the area is Morgan Territory regional preserve which is a few short minutes up the hill from the property. I will never forget our peaceful time at this home watching my children hike on the property and learning to appreciate nature. Hamzeh was such a warm and kind host and I look forward to recommending this property to family and friends in the future.

This house was so clean & cute!! Gave us the perfect space for our out of town family to stay and roomy enough for local family members to visit. This place worked out PERFECTLY!! We enjoyed every space in this home. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee on the deck. Our Texas family played the lottery in hopes they could buy the place and not have to check out lol.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Amy's home in Discovery Bay! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchenware to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The entire place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning waterfront views that bring a sense of peace and relaxation. The highlight for us was the private dock, which was perfect for fishing! It was such a fun and memorable experience for our whole family. Amy is a thoughtful and responsive host, making communication and the check-in process smooth and easy. We highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Discovery Bay. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a 10 out of 10 experience in this lovely property. The open concept of the home made it so easy for the family to gather and spend time together. The grill on the deck was the cherry on top as it cooked perfectly. My favorite part of course is the deck.

Javier was a great host . Very helpful and understanding. We had family fly in from everywhere and his home was extremely accommodating for us . We stayed longer than expected and he was very helpful when we extended our stay . 5 stars!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Bethany was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

It was great! Room was nice, cleaning people did great and environment was well kept.  Will stay again!
