Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Verdun

The house is super cozy, we feel very at home at Michael’s house. He is super responsive and helpful. 10/10 experience !

My husband and I just stayed at Jean-Philippe’s house for a long weekend with our 2 dogs. The house was spotless and very well cared for. We really appreciated the large fenced in yard for our two dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We felt very comfortable being able to leave our dogs there when we wanted to go into town. Lots to do in the area and not far from downtown Montreal at all. Really loved the fireplace for these extra cold days/nights. Would love to come back in warmer weather and get to use all the extras in the backyard!

Alex's apartment is great, it feels much bigger than an apartment. High ceilings, lots of tall windows, the second floor is a treat in itself with its big central common room, books, bathroom and three bedrooms plus porches. The beds were very comfortable, the gas fireplace a great bonus, high quality phonograph and amp with a great record collection (and it sounds great as well). Alex was very responsive and helpful. The location is great if you enjoy walking and being in the funky side of town. Mont Royal is a short walk and plenty of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, vintage stores, smoked meat, poutine, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Having parking for two cars included was ideal, and the airbnb was located near some great restaurants and cafes. Easy to get a cab or public transport downtown. Comfortably slept and hosted our party of 7. Great trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place! The apartment was very clean, the house was very spacious and beautifully decorated, made us feel at home and location was perfect for exploring the city. Ryan and Saif were incredibly responsive to my messages, even late at night and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Montreal and we would be looking to stay at this place again in the near future.

The place was lovely and cozy. You feel right at home with all the amenities in the kitchen, and the flat is well furnished with a lovely deck. The lightening was fantastic. The neighborhood is cozy with local eateries, supermarket and other easy to walk everywhere. So, it is like visiting NYC and stay across the bridge in Brooklyn nicest neighborhood. This gave us the local feel which is important for the full experience. There were enough outlets, tv nice size and it looks exactly as the photos - no hidden surprises but rather gems. Thank you Pierre and yes thank you for the compliment. I leave everything as I rent it. Respect.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

We had a great stay in Montreal at Fredy's apartment. It is spacious, has free street parking, close to many parks and in a great area of the city. Fredy was very responsive and checked-in with us once we arrived, to ensure we had everything we needed. Thanks Fredy!

impeccable accommodation for a family of 4. The amenities are spotless and nothing missing. The bedding is great. Being from France, we are not used to such large size of bed, we had trouble finding ourselves🤣. The accommodation is close to the metro ( 7 min walk) and you are 30 min by transport to reach the center of Montreal. i recommend Maxime's place 100%, go there with your eyes closed! and there are even small squirrels who come to give you hello in the morning!

spacious apartment, well equipped and quiet street. very important ones: snow cleared parking for our arrival. and condiments available. a small shopping center very close as well as a metro stop 5 minutes walk away. everything to make our stay easier.

My family and I loved staying here during our visit to the area. The place was clean and well equipped. Nights in the hot tub overlooking the river were a nice feature!

We stayed during the last snow storms and found the unit very comfortable, clean and warm! Very spacious bathroom, perfectly sized kitchen and dining area, beds were very comfortable and firm. Communication with Dany and Brad was easy and prompt. The location of the place is hard to beat. Thanks for making our family’s visit a great and memorable experience. Our stay was wonderful! The space was exactly as described, if not better. The apartment was stylish, modern, and very well-maintained, with cozy furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless when we arrived, from the bathroom to the kitchen. One of the highlights was how quiet and peaceful the place was, despite being located in a lively area of the city. It made for restful nights after a day of exploring Montreal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities—like the coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen—really enhanced our stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. They even left some local recommendations that were super helpful. Beautiful home with all the amenities! Eric was a great host and very responsive. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Unfortunately we only had a 3 night stay and only got to enjoy the pool for one day due to the weather. But it was very nice with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful backyard setting. The master bedroom was amazing with beautiful soaking bathtub! Highly recommend this property. We’re very thankful to our host for everything he did to make our stay comfortable. He was quick to respond and always so thoughtful. When one of our friends got sick very late at night, he brought us medicine, which we really appreciated. Even on New Year’s Eve, he came over to fix the dishwasher with no hesitation. Great place for a big group! We stayed here since it was close to the airport and everything went well. Check-in was simple and host was kind and responsive. Place was clean and comfortable, would totally stay here again.
