Holiday houses in Verdun

We spent a week there during the Christmas holidays. The fireplace burned on arrival, there was a Christmas tree, a bottle of wine and local products ready. Lydia and Vincent were very caring and easy to get where needed. During this period, nearby restaurants were closed, but there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. Furthermore, this is the ideal place to relax and walk.

We had a pleasant stay at Denise's. The discovery of Lake Der and its ponds allowed us to observe a wide variety of birds. The weather was favorable, with beautiful sunshine all weekend. Although we are at the beginning of the off-season, we easily found restaurants about fifteen minutes from the accommodation. We highly recommend this destination and this listing!

Excellent stay, the host Sophie was very friendly and super helpful, giving us lots of local recommendations and advice on places to eat. The location itself is perfect for those interested in WW1 history as it is right in the Verdun battlefield area, you are minutes from the main sites, it is situated right next to the old village of Vaux, destroyed during the battle. All in all I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting this area, and would not hesitate to book again.

A very nice circus wagon in an amazing landscape. An absolute dream for bird lovers. The circus wagon is very cozy and functionally furnished. Chantal is very nice and accompanied us well. The highlight was the sauna, which you can rent. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to Chantal for the hospitality.

A spacious, clean and well furnished stay. Very suitable for an overnight stay during a transit. There are no shops or restaurants in the village itself, so bring food or go to a supermarket in advance. Games and children's books are also available with small children.

We spent 2 days here with family for my daughter's 1st birthday and we loved it! Everything was very clean, tidy and Christelle was very responsive when needed. The little extra, the little biquettes that delighted our little girl (and the surprise snow that fell yesterday morning). Thanks again for hosting us!
