The lake is beautiful for swimming and relaxing. It's only 5 minutes walk or a minute in the car away. There are beaches near the village with snack bars and boat hire. Or, if you prefer privacy, the lake is surrounded by secluded beaches which you can walk, drive or better still go by boat to.

Thank you Bérengère for your hospitality and kindness. Your house is fantastic, well-equipped, stunning views of Lake Sainte Croix from the terrace. Our stay was perfect, peaceful (late October). The house has all the amenities and is very pleasant to stay in.

We had a great time. The house is super nice and offers everything you need. The location/view is amazing. Beach is within walking distance. In March, the lake was missing some water, which was not bad as we explored it and even discovered an ammonite in the rock layers. An upstairs toilet would have been quite convenient, but not feasible due to the size of the chalet. We were well received and were able to reach out to the host at any time with questions :)
