Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Verde River

The home was good for our family for our weekend stay. At first I became skeptical due to the surrounding neighborhood getting there but a police station is nearby which made us feel at ease and overall neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed their backyard, you will see a lot of birds and bunnies. The home matched the pictures, and was clean. One bed is Tempur adjustable mattress which is great for those who need it. Host is responsive, and provided clear and easy instructions. I had no issues during my stay.

4 bedrooms fit perfectly for our group of 2 couples and 2 singles. Large living area with enjoyable massage chairs. Nice size dining table for our group to eat and play board games.

Only pool is too cold they need heated pool, lights in pool is not working , fire place and TV is not working outside

We were in town for Spring Training and the house was a great spot for our family. The yard was a nice quiet area for us to enjoy the evenings and let the kids play all day. There was plenty of space to eat and prepare meals. We loved how the dining area had a garage door that opened to the back patio to create an indoor/outdoor dining experience. We spent hours around the fire pit to help take the chill out of the late evenings, played in the pool during the hot hours, and used the speakers to listen to music while we hung out. The Cozy Container gave us extra space and was a great use of a shipping container. It had a TV, kitchenette, A/C, and a full bathroom with tub/shower. We were a little worried getting into the neighborhood that it might not be in the best area, but as soon as you turned off the main road, it was a quiet street and we loved the house. We would definitely stay in this house again. The kids said it was the best trip they've ever been on. We loved the house.

We were doing a major remodel of our home that’s only a few blocks away. I needed a place that would take 3 small dogs plus my husband & I. Very beautiful home. Had everything we needed. We felt right at home for 4 weeks!

Natalie's airbnb was what I anticipated from the booking. It provided adequate space for me for my 2-week stay. Everything was extremely clean, which I appreciate. The large screen TV was a bonus. I liked the comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom provided space for me to spread out my own toiletries. The kitchen included utensils that I needed. Natalie was quick to respond when I had a few questions. Fun place!

Stayed for 7 days and I enjoyed the location and the surrounding areas. Great restaurants, lounges, and other fun things to do in immediate area. Compared to the cost of surrounding hotels I felt the place was a great value and I would definitely stay again!

Joel is an exceptional host who anticipates your needs and provides excellent communication. He was quick to respond to any questions. The check-in instructions were so detailed that we had no problem following them even after dark. The condo was extremely comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of towels are provided including pool towels which was appreciated. The pictures in the post accurately depict the condo. There is a large deck which was perfect for morning coffee. We were traveling with our daughter, son-in-law and three month old granddaughter and the master suite worked perfectly for them since it had room darkening curtains which was great for naps. The complex was well maintained and secure. We were able to go on morning walks including hiking large rock parks that were within walking distance. The pools and hot tubs were great too. The location was a good starting point for our other plans. Overall, this was a perfect place for our stay!

Edith’s place was perfect for our Dodger Spring Training adventure! Located very close to the stadium the condo is cozy and clean. Great showers and very comfortable beds. The most generously equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in - Edith has thought of everything you might need! It was like being at home. If we’re back in town again, we will definitely stay here. ⚾️🧢

Condo was nice and cool when we arrived. If you’re a baseball fan like we are Goodyear ballpark is not to far away. Great place to stay.

great value very clean

Laura Lee's place was perfect for a writing weekend. It had everything we needed for work, including coffee and tea (thank you, I forgot to bring some), close to places to walk, and beautiful views when you needed to take a break. I highly recommend it!

The condo had pretty much everything one could think of to be comfortable. Clearly much thought was put in to available accessories. The condo was great. I enjoyed the warm evenings on the patio.
