Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Venturina Terme

Very nice apartment with huge terrace right by the harbor in San Vincenzo and great views of the sea. Some beaches can be reached in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October. There was not much going on in the village itself, but there were still plenty of restaurants open. Bakery and supermarket also nearby.

Great location within the walled city. Right in the middle of the action yet quiet & peaceful. Convenient parking. Very clean, comfy apartment. Excellent base to explore the various parts of Tuscany including. Florence, Siena, Pisa…all within an hour’s drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Lovely place surrounded by vineyards. Quiet and spacious, offers a perfect venue to spend a short holiday in the heart of Chianti hills.

We had a lovely stay at Veronica's apartment very well located for day trips to Volterra, Pisa, Lucca and the coast between Piombino and Livournes. The environment of the accommodation is quiet and pleasant. Veronica is available and has good tips especially when the weather is capricious! Area is beautiful and food is great! don't think twice, just book! this place was idyllic. the pictures don't even do it justice. the pool is brilliant and the apartment is really well located for exploring Tuscany, as long as you have a car. some touches that made the apartment extra comfortable: the TV had all the main streaming services, the kitchen is very well equipped (things I particularly liked, were the sharp knives and digital weighing scales), the bed was extremely comfortable, the windows all have mosquito screens so we didn't get bitten, the shutters and Aircon kept it nice and cool. Marco who managed the apartment on behalf of Franco was also really friendly and helpful. All in all it was the perfect place to spend our first holiday with our new baby.

Giulia and her mother are attentive and caring guests. The property is finely restored, it is equipped with every amenity. Independent methane heating , 2 new heat pumps. Large bathroom, with washer and dryer, king size shower. Separate kitchen from seating area and bedroom. Comfortable and extendable sofa, Smart TV with ability to connect to Netflix, Apple TV, Disney channel etc through your own subscription. Large kitchen complete with 4 gas stove, oven , microwave, dishwasher and quite large fridge. There is a full battery and full dishes. Second room used as a comfortable walk-in closet + second sofa. The environment is very comfortable, cared for in every detail, very clean and tidy. You can feel as soon as you entered , that this little nest was very much loved. It's a privilege to be able to enjoy it in our days of stay. Private parking with the possibility of moving on your own thanks to the remote control of the gate provided. Tip ❤️

Ricardo and Romina are really good hosts. Their farm is lovely and we were received with a bottle of Tuscan wine. The farm is in the middle of nowhere next to a nature preserve but if you follow the instructions on how to get there it is pretty easy. The farm is a nature’s paradise! We stayed in two apartments, one has two bedrooms and the other one has one bedroom. Both with full kitchens and reliable WiFi. Several towns are within a short drive and we had the opportunity to visit Florence, Sienna, Casole D’Elsa and San Gimignano. If you are looking for a relaxing time in Tuscany, this is it!

Absolutely excellent place. One of the best holidays is enjoyed in this house. The hosts were the nicest people. Everything was nice, neat, clean and well cared for. Come several times with small refreshments. Booked a dinner by the hosts, and they made the most excellent authentic Tuscan food. We can only send the best recommendations from here, and we will do anything to come back again.

The very best of hosts! Gracious and friendly, Antonio and Carmela instantly made me feel at home and part of the family. The apartment is as peaceful and comfortable as described. My dogs had the best time walking around the fields and hills. I will definitely visit again.

We have (two adults, a girl and a dog) stayed in Vittorio's apartment for 5 nights and it was like being at home. Cozy, clean, tidy and the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. It is located in the central area near Piazza dei Priori. Vittorio was ready to give us the information to get there and where to park and even during the stay he was interested in us She also left us a surprise when we arrived! Il gairdino.di proprietá is gorgeous.

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

Fantastic cozy apartment within walking distance of downtown San Gimignano. Communication with Patrizia was warm and quick. The apartment was equipped with every comfort. Definitely recommended!

We had an extended one-month stay and overall enjoyed our stay at Marco's apartment. Pros: Marco is a great host and easy to communicate with. Very close to the train station. Large apartment and nice decor. Great kitchen with large and modern appliances. Comfortable beds. Great wifi. Cons: Apartment is listed as sleeping 6, but the third bed is a french bed and only small children would be able to share the bed. There are two bathrooms, but one is inside the main bedroom and has a shower that shares the bathroom floor. The other bathroom is large but is by the front door so far away from the other two bedrooms. All plumbing drains had to be covered or there was a strong sewer smell. The location in town is nice but also it's very noisy late into the night. Then the street sweepers start at 7 a.m. The apartment is in the ZTL which made moving into and out of the apartment challenging. And there are 38 steps up to the apartment which proved challenging for our elderly parents.

hill I already knew it! very comfortable apartment we felt right at home and there was nothing missing! the details made a difference! The small snacks for breakfast and a selection of tea and coffee very welcome soft and fragrant towels i could only recommend putting a jacket hanger to be really impeccable but really satisfied especially with the availability of hosts thank you.
