Beachfront holiday rental in Ventnor City

Emily's house was fantastic! The location was perfect, just across from the boardwalk and within walking distance of Asbury Ave. We loved the high-quality linens and towels, and appreciated the thoughtful touches like shampoo, conditioner, and even toothbrushes. Emily was a wonderful host to communicate with. We hope to stay again!

Jean and Beth are great hosts. Super responsive and flexible. We had a great time in Ventnor City. Very easy going, walkable, huge beach, good cafes and restaurants. We weren't familiar with the area, so didn't expect to be so close to Atlantic City. Ended up being really fun. The backyard is beautiful. Small and cozy apartment. Pups had a great time.

Very nice and responsive hosts. Cute and comfortable space to stay for a few days. Nice that dogs are welcome. Water views are gorgeous. Good to have basics supplied so didn't have to pack too much.

I booked f hia space for a family get- together durinf the Christmas holiday. It was exactly like the photos! What a BEAUTIFUL place! It sits on the corner and has a bunch of parking space right in front (thank thr beach), the garage was huge and alao jas parking space in front of the garage. When you enter, it is very spacious throughout. At first, we had a hard time turning on lights and knowing which which goes well, but on some of the switches, there are labels that tells you which light it goes to. The olace came with pots and pans, and towels for use as well as two washer and dryers (one upstairs and one downstairs). There was a bunch of garabe bins whoch made it helpful taking iut the trash when hosting a large party. Even though we didnt need them, there was an extra blow up mattress in the master room and a twin mattress in the 2nd floor bedroom. I also spotted a few foldinf chairs here and there. With my large guest size, we brought our own chairs and tables. Great space over

We were very happy with the rental. The walk to the beach, restaurants and small convenience type stores were quick and easy and the house was clean. We contacted Sabine for a couple of things and they were dropped off on our front doorstep in less than an hour. Sabine was very responsive to anything we needed or questions we had.

This was a very convenient place, with a great location and very responsive hosts. I would happily stay here again. The TV was great and its proximity to the Trop and Caesars made our weekend getaway a total success. Thanks so much!!

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

Great stay. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Fenced in yard great for playing fetch with the dogs.

Overall good stay. Easy check-in. Place was clean and had all the essentials. Plenty of things to see and do in the area. Great views. Well worth the price. Thanks.

I had an amazing stay at Natalie & Rich’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Natalie & Rich were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure I had all the information I needed. This was a great experience.

Nick was very responsive and it was greatly appreciated. We did have some experience with noisy neighbors but it was brought right to Nicks attention and he was very attentive. Gave clear instructions so check in and out was very easy. Would book through him again :)

Great spot , the location was great everything was 10 mins or less walking distance. Would definitely come back here again.

We were excited to spend a weekend celebrating my MIL'S 90th bday with an assortment of siblings, , spouses, adult grandchildren and guests. The home had everything we needed, including great photo-op spots! The kitchen was fully stocked, each bedroom had plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows, mattresses were comfy, and bathrooms were spotless. Brian kept in touch for days prior to our arrival to make sure we were set, made sure to get us the house policies and see if we had any questions. Extremely responsive! The house checked all of our boxes, plus!

Great place, close to the beach. Nice, quieter part of Atlantic City. Had a great time with our family and children. The house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, large, and stylish. Loved the big kitchen and the backyard. Lots of spaces to hang out and lounge and great to have 2 showers for our full party. Would definitely stay here again!

Glenn’s place was a perfect fit for our group. We especially appreciated the full home stereo system!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house! Property is as pictured. Rooms are spacious. Off street parking is available for 3 vehicles. The back of the property is directly on the beach…plenty of seating for our group. We had beautiful weather and our girls weekend was a success!

Christopher's condo was perfect for me, my husband, my mom and our 2 daughters (6 & 8). It felt like home when we walked in. We enjoyed reading the history of the condo. The condo was very clean, well organized and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed in a lot of air b&bs and were happily surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked with items to cook with. The beds and sleeper sofa were comfy. The balcony was great to have our coffee & read a book. There were games and puzzles that our girls enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet. The beach is 4 blocks away, easily walkable and plenty of street parking if you drive. We enjoyed ordering from Uncle Gino's & going to the Dairy Barn. Ocean City boardwalk was only about a 15 min drive. Christopher was a wonderful host! He checked on us to make sure check in was easy and if we needed anything. He was very responsive with all messages. We would love to back go back next year!

Tim and Vicky’s was comfortable, well-equipped and a great location with views of the ocean and the bay. We stay in OCNJ every year and have never had a house so well appointed with everything you could need for the beach and your stay including paper towels, garbage bags, very nice linens, pack n play and more. There’s minimal closet space but they have hangers and LOTS of hooks which is super nice for bathrooms. Rooms are very bright so if you have little ones you want to sleep just bring a blanket to drape. Would def stay here again.

We had a fantastic weekend. The house was perfect to comfortably accommodate the 10 of us, five families of long-time friends, for our annual reunion. The house is ocean front on the famous boardwalk, a location hard to beat. Yet, it is set back from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk giving plenty of privacy. The house was very clean with all the amenities. The architecture allows for a perfect ocean views and sunrise watching. Three balconies with breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast and wide beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The outdoor shed was equipped with plenty of beach chairs for all of us, umbrellas, and a cart to lug them to the beach; all of these were new/in a very good shape. We lucked in with the mid-October weather to take full advantage of the beach and its proximity to the house. The host, Jason (and his agents) have been terrific. Very responsive before and during the stay. All in all, a perfect setting and great hospitality!
