Everything was perfect and very clean, thank you so much!

The balcony, the view and the location make this apartment the best one we have ever rented. Beach just across the road, short walk to the beautiful Plaza de Espana. As the apartment is front line there is some road noise (especially at the weekend) and noise from the restaurant downstairs (it was shut most of the time we were there so was not a problem) Loved the beautiful sunrises each morning with breakfast on the balcony. The apartment is very spacious and benefits from a lift and secure parking via remote controlled door. Key collection from local bar ( make sure you get the key with the remote for the garage). A few things could be updated to make it perfect: the shower heads, a frying pan and a Smart Tv ( for English visitors). The lock to the foyer from the garage is worn so it takes a while getting used to how to unlock it by fiddling with the key. We spent a month (November) in the apartment and really loved our time there. Would definitely recommend

Pretty good accommodation. Next to the beach, chiringuitos and not far from the nightclub area. The Mercadona walk is quite far. There is a small supermarket very close. Facilities like the pools, jacuzzi, and gym are great. Highly recommended.

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation in our stay he was very attentive to us. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems that he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

Clean apartment, well located and with everything you need to spend a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is one pass. The communal pool is large and with the hot water, it's great for kids. The beach is very close and there are also shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking lot, the square is very large and is in front of the access door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to repeat. My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic. The host was very attentive and gave me excellent recommendations. The place was spotless, with all the amenities I needed: a comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. I especially enjoyed the terrace to relax in the afternoons. Definitely one of the best Airbnb I've stayed at. Highly recommended!

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

This property is in a safe and secure location and has a beautiful outlook over palm trees and the beach. The parking space for your vehicle is very close to the property so easy to access. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable with almost everything you would require to cook etc., if you wanted to. Nicholas was very quick to respond to any queries. Restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay. Be aware that when we stayed, we could hear music from the Marau Beach Club at the weekends.

We had a great weekend. Communication with Arantza easy and with clear instructions (even with videos) The cleanliness was great, everything was perfect. The apartment is quite comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days. The rooftop, although unfurnished is ideal to see the stars on a clear night, in fact we were until midnight enjoying them in the silence of the night, a wonder. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the beach and the town square with variety for lunch and breakfast. Despite being downtown, there is a free public parking just a few meters from the apartment in which we have always found space

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. Close to shops, beach and all what you need. Nice outdoor space to play. Clean and good rooms.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

Apartment located on the top floor of a quiet urbanization and with magnificent views of the Mediterranean; very clean, tidy and with total security, the most complete in terms of kitchenware, cutlery, cleaning and cleaning products, ... of all I have stayed in. You can see the concern and affection of its owner. Rosa (the host), very friendly and always attentive to your stay to be the best. In short, I encourage you to rent it, you will feel at home.
