Agnel was a great host and we absolutely loved the villa and its beautiful location. we would highly recommend at would definitely stay here again.

What a find this beautiful house! The house has been done, furnished and decorated with extreme eye for detail and to high standards. Very well thought out. The garden, pool and bar/bbq area is lovely, you really never have to go out, the place in itself is a retreat. I highly recommend the house for a holiday or romantic getaway. 7 stars!

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

Qu est ce qu il y a de plus beau que le silence et le soleil ? Ma fille a répondu la lune et les "epoiles" ( étoiles)... C est tout à fait cela, un retour au source, à la simplicité, à la terre, ses fruits, ses fleurs. La maison est décoré en gardant l âme de la maison, il ne manque rien, toutes les petites attentions sont là. Cette maison est un havre de paix. Merci Karin nous reviendrons !

Todo estupendo con Tomás! La casa está en un entorno tranquilo pero muy cerca del pueblo de las negras donde tienes de todo, además de mucho ambiente. La decoración de la casa muy cuidada y todo muy conveniente

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. La comunicación con Arantza fácil y con instrucciones claras (incluso con vídeos) La limpieza estupenda, estaba todo perfecto. El apartamento es bastante cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La azotea, aunque sin amueblar es ideal para ver las estrellas en una noche clara, de hecho estuvimos hasta media noche disfrutándolas en el silencio de la noche, una maravilla. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 3 minutos de la playa y de la plaza del pueblo con variedad para comer y desayunar. A pesar de estar en el centro, hay un aparcamiento público gratuito a pocos metros del apartamento en el que siempre hemos encontrado hueco

Lugar muy tranquilo y bonito para descansar y disfrutar. José, el casero, fue muy atento en todo momento y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos y se agradeció mucho la posibilidad de traer a nuestra mascota con nosotros.

El apartamento es bonito y tiene una luz y unas vistas espectaculares. Además está perfectamente equipado y decorado con mucho gusto. Un 10 en limpieza. Luis y Antonio estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Nos solucionaron dudas y nos ofrecieron todo tipo de sugerencias. Han sido de gran ayuda. Nos hemos enamorado de la zona y de la casa. Volveremos!

Vermits wij op zondag aankwamen en de winkels gesloten waren, had onze host een lekker basisontbijt met toebehoren klaargezet. Alle afspraken in vertrouwen nagekomen. Absolute aanrader. Voor minder mobiele personen ..."er zijn nogal wat trappen"... Fantastisch verblijf. Dank u Gordon en lieftallige echtgenote.

Apartamento espectacular, tres habitaciones, dos baños salón comedor, cocina equipada, climatizado por conductos y una terraza con vistas a la piscina. Todo amueblado y dispuesto para disfrutarlo. Posiblemente en una de las mejores zonas de Almería muy cercano al cabo de gata y a sus playas y pueblos. Genial!!

Idyllic apartment - presented with great color, thought, and imagination. Very bright and airy design. The outside terrace to the side is spacious and so nicely finished. Beach very accessible via a short and safe walk. Vera Playa beaches are expansive and excellently maintained. Maria's place is a total gem!

Todo fue tal y como esperábamos, maravillosa la estancia, la zona y disfrutamos de tranquilidad que es lo que íbamos buscando. Muchas gracias a Maaike, que fue la que nos recibió. Volveremos sin duda alguna.💕

Très bon séjour, logement conforme aux photos et très propre. Le parking privée est un plus et la piscine au pied de l’appartement c’est top aussi bien pour les enfants que les adultes. Sandrine est très réactive, et Octavia qui nous a remis les clefs à était réactives et disponible. Très bon séjour et super hôtes ! Je recommande ++ Merci Sandrine.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf. Host is prima met vlotte communicatie en hulpbereid. Lokatie is zeer rustig maar met genoeg restaurants (zelfs op wandelafstand) en kleine gezellige dorpskernen nabij. Ook de zee is vlot bereikbaar met Mojacar Playa op ongeveer 30 minuten. De flat zelf is gewoon perfect: leuk terras om van de zon te genieten, ruime woonkamer en keuken met alle voorzieningen en 2 ruime kamers. Een aanradertje!

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Een hele mooie rustige locatie met veel groen. De woning is relatief nieuw, superschoon en met alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een zwembad binnen het complex. De communicatie met Maria verliep heel soepel en snel. Een zeer positieve ervaring en zeker een aanrader.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en un fantástico lugar y la casa con todo lo necesario y en inmejorables condiciones, muy recomendable y sin duda repetiré se está muy bien. Los dueños muy amables y el trato a sido un encanto.

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Amber. Ein sehr schönes Apartment, alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr ruhige Gegend, 200 Meter zum tollen Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr stilvoll und kreativ eingerichtete Wohnung voller selbstgemachter Möbel in toller Lage in direkter Nähe (zu Fuß drei Minuten) zu mehreren wunderbaren Naturstränden mit Felsen. Die Wohnung ist sehr behaglich eingerichtet, wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Man kann Musik hören, kochen, auf dem Sofa entspannen und immer wieder die bizarren Berge des Naturparks Cabo de Gata und seine spektakulären Buchten bewundern. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett, danke auch an Margerita für den freundlichen Empfang und die guten Tipps!
