The location was really perfect. Easy parking and so close to the beach. The neighborhood was nice, and we could walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very generous with all the amenities. She was very responsive and very welcoming! We borrowed bikes and beach chairs and beach towels to hang out by the ocean. The place looked just like the photos. We somehow missed that it was a basement apartment, so if stairs are an issue, this might not be ideal. You can also hear the footsteps from above. But all in all, it was lovely.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this 1-bedroom apartment! The place was absolutely spotless, and you could tell it was well cared for. The apartment is in a fantastic location, with everything I needed right at my doorstep. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions or tips about the area. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot to stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Julia’s one bedroom apartment was very quaint and lovely. Was shockingly quiet for how close the location is to the beach and Riviera Village. Check in and check out was very smooth, were no issues at all. Looking forward to staying there again!

Bradley and his father Robert were wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home and were incredibly helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. Robert even gave us his personal recommendations for Manhattan Beach. The location can’t be beat and we truly can’t wait to go back and stay at this home again.

great apartment. there were 4 of us, and the apartment was perfect with a good location. we were able to enjoy the residence's swimming pool. we were able to walk to Venice Beach.

If you’re looking for a beach vacation, this is the one! The views of the ocean from the balcony are spectacular! We saw stunning sunsets! We absolutely loved it, very nice totally outfitted condo. Beds and the bedding were very comfortable, which is important! Easy garage access, easy beach access, lovely beach sidewalks. Great neighborhood for restaurants. One thing that we were very happy about, the host does not allow pets. I also agree with reviewer, Mark, his December review, for additional info about the condo. All in all we really loved it here and will hopefully be back.

This was a great stay in a fantastic location, conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Lee was an excellent host, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in the area!

Wonderful host. My one issue is that the house is one bedroom with a loft upstairs- not a full room. That well may have been explained and I missed it- but- it was an issue for me that it did not have two separate doors. I expressed such to Danny and he worked so well with me and went out of his way- to turn a 3 star moment for me- into a 5 star one. It is a beautiful home in an incredible neighborhood. Walking distance to many good things! Including beach. So smart a home. Well thought out and well stocked. It is expensive- but- you do get what you pay for here. We were lucky to have this host and this home. Thanks so much for having us!

Having been displaced by the fires, we needed a place to stay quickly. Bridget was incredibly helpful and supportive in making the rental available same day. She personally helped get the house ready for us so that we could check in right away. We are grateful for her assistance, communication, and the charming place to stay.

This place is so beautiful! You have your space in a little community which is very close to your neighbors, but this place gave you space and it didn’t feel like we were close to the neighbors. It was nice and if Casey would sell the property I would buy it!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect. Just a quick few blocks to second street and the beach. This place is spotless, comfortable, and we were all obsessed with the decor and the overall vibe. The beds were also insanely comfortable. We loved it so much that we will be booking again for next year!

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

Overall we had a nice stay, and it's a great spot to be when visiting Manhattan Beach. The location is fantastic, just a block from The Strand for easy beach access, walks, and runs. The neighborhood is quiet, and having a parking garage was a great perk as parking in MB can be challenging. The home is comfortable, though the kitchen cookware/utensils and rooftop furniture could use a refresh.

We enjoyed our stay while we were in LA for a Rams game. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and very close to a lot of things. We loved the open space of the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The rooms did get hot at night so sleep with the fans provided or crack a window.

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

This place was wonderful and in a great location. 1 minute to the beach and Venice pier. Amazing and clean as well. Nicole was great to work with and communicated quickly with me when I had questions. We loved our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Miguel's apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay and Miguel was an attentive, friendly host. There was great communication before our trip with very clear instructions for check-in, which was super easy. Miguel even sent us a message a few days into our stay to ask if everything was OK and if we had any questions. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. Very spacious and beautifully decorated and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with kit for cooking. And we even had dinner on the little balcony one evening when we felt like staying in. There were also nice little touches, such as the air conditioning having been turned on prior to our arrival and there was even some lovely jazz music playing softly in the living room when we got there. Additionally having parking nearby for our car was great, as parking in Long Beach can be tricky. My husband and I are planning another trip to Long Beach next year and hope to book again.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

This Beach House was a great location, central to a lot of shops, restaurants and activities, and very homy to come back to every day after adventures in Long Beach and Catalina Island. Modern appliances and comfortable interior made it a great place to stay. Just blocks from the beach I was able to walk to breakfast every morning and bring my skates down to the beach walk for evening sunsets. Great place and highly recommended staying here!

super clean, easy to find, and exactly what we had in mind! the play room got big accolades from our 1 year old and mom and dad loved the king-sized bed. Clean, well-appointed, and very walkable. Would definitely recommend for anyone with little people!
