Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Venice Gardens

We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay.

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

House interior is updated, spacious, clean and equipped with all new appliances. We comfortably fit 7 adults and with three full baths, never had trouble getting ready for weekend events. For once, everyone seemed pleased with their beds. The house is located in a walkable/runable neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. We spent most of the weekend in Sarasota which is an easy 15-20 min ride. The exterior needs some updating but the house was a perfect match for our needs and the management company was very responsive to our questions (5-10) min responses.

We had moved from out of state and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while we waited to close on the purchase of our house . The house was a perfect size for us. My husband had no problems with WiFi as he needed to work . The house met all our expectations, we enjoyed having our meals on the lanai at night and using the pool in the evening and watching the sunset while in the pool . It was brutally hot while we were there so most of our time was spent indoors. Everything was clean and comfortable . This is a silly aside but the ice maker was the bomb ! Always producing ice which we used alot of because it was so hot . The washer and dryer worked amazing as well . Charles was quick to respond to questions . We enjoyed getting to know the area and frequenting the nearby restaurants and enjoyed a sunset at Port Charlotte Beach Park . Nice stay all around .

Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. If someone is looking for a great place to stay at a good price I would recommend this home.

My husband and I have the same birthday and this year we decided to rent a place locally and have a (stay-cation?). Mrs Yainley let me know that it was available for an early check-in and I happened to be right around the corner when I received the message, so i decided to go check it out. I showed up and Mrs Yainley was in the house preparing a birthday surprise for us ! She felt bad that she was in the house when I got there and I felt bad that I popped in and caught her setting it up the birthday surprises!! In any case, she was so sweet to do that and it just added another special part to our birthday trip. We were very happy with the home, it was well kept, the showers are awesome, I loved the feel of the master bedroom! There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and an espresso maker which was great. The pool table kept everyone busy and having fun and it was large enough for both our families to come by on our birthday for cake and ice cream. Expectations exceeded! Thanks again!

A truly fabulous home and location. The description and photos in the listing were really good, but seeing it in person is even better. The beauty of the view, the pool, hot tub, kitchen (and outdoor kitchen), massive 85” TV in the great room, all made this an exceptional find. Amazing sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the back yard. The home is right on the water and is very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Thanks so much Kenneth for the great communication and for letting us stay in your home. Can’t wait to come back!

I needed a place with a fence for my dogs and this place had a huge yard. Owner was also quick to reply and repair when there was a hole in said fence. Owner was very helpful. It was my first stay anywhere and they were able to answer all my questions. Very grateful to have found something exactly where I was looking for with a fence !!!

Clean place, close to everything, exactly as described.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Exactly as Yvette describes. Location is awesome. Very easy to get to beaches, shopping, awesome restaurants. Walk to grocery store, Applebees, gym, drug store, ect.

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Had a wonderful time celebrating a old college roommate's birthday. Lovely breezes through the floor to ceiling windows, beautifully furnished. We'll be back!

Our stay at Amir's place was absolutely fantastic. The location was unbeatable, just a few steps away from the beach with no need to worry about driving or parking. The central location made it easy to access any part of the island within minutes. The property was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a delightful vacation. We are already eagerly anticipating our next trip to AMI.

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!
