Beachfront holiday rental in Venice Beach

Beautiful clean cottage in a great location. Amenities made it very comfortable. Close to beaches, coastal trail for biking, nice restaurants. Very nice to come “home” to at the end of the day’s activities. Nice kitchen made it easy to make meals. Great natural light and loved the decor! We’ll definitely be back!!!

We loved our stay at Trish's house. The beach, tidepools and hiking trails are just steps away. We enjoyed some great food at local restaurants. The house is extremely clean. It is also well lit, updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is nicely stocked, the bathrooms are great and the linens are all high quality. We would definitely return to this house for another stay!

Great place in Sunset, 2 min walk to the beach, 3 min walk to a great local grocery store and a few coffee places. Perfect location inside the city while away from city buzz

The place was great and the hosts were very responsive to any questions. It was very comfortable and in a wonderful location with easy walking to the beach and town if desired. The space was as advertised and well kept. The one issue which found was that there was no place in the bedrooms for our belongings, such as a dresser or luggage rack, so we had to leave them in our suitcase on the floor. Not a big deal unless you're staying for more than two or three days and not enough to knock down a star rating. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Amazing location able to see the beach from the deck so can keep an eye on your kids playing. Fully stocked with comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. No beach chairs so make sure to bring those. The dishwasher is really old but worked. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. would definitely stay here again.

We loved our family holiday getaway in Moss Beach. Great access to nature and walking paths, nice restaurant nearby, and a fantastic view of the breakers. The TV didn't disappoint either. Recommended!

We had a great stay at James' home! The beds and couches were comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the unit is on the bottom floor and the guests above us during our stay were very noisy, although this was not an issue during sleeping hours. We had a rental car, so driving into the heart of San Fran was about a 30 minute drive and perfect for us. There are several beautiful spots near the home to catch the sunset, which we really loved!

We loved our stay. Very trend forward pretty interior. The roof deck with firepit was awesome. Loved the firepit on the deck outside the kitchen as well. Peaceful. Comfy bed and loved the shower with a nice little window. Host was very nice and responsive. Mornings and nights were very pretty. We werent prepared for the mud flats look of the ocean when the tide receded mid day which we read in the house book that its normal. Great kitchen and laundry appliances. Nice convenient location. We truly enjoyed it :-) very pretty

Wonderful time at this home. Host was responsive and helpful. Gorgeous view and meticulously kept, my husband and I commented that this was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Don’t tell anyone about this hidden gem 😊

Location was amazing! So many great restaurants and things to do within steps of this Airbnb. We really enjoyed our stay, the Airbnb was sparkling clean and it was exactly as pictured. Would not hesitate to return to this Airbnb.

This place is great--walkable to stores, restaurants and transportation. It was spotless and had everything you need. It's located behind the main house and behind a locked gate, so felt safe. Thanks Ying, for a great stay!

Helena’s place was the perfect apartment for exploring SF. Close to the marina and all the restaurants and activities nearby. Was one of the cleanest and well presented airbnb I have stayed in. Highly recommend

I stayed here for a short solo trip 12/29-12/31. As stated in some of the other reviews, the inside did not exactly match the pictures, however, that was a very small and inconsequential detail. Some of the differences were actually better, such as in the pictures there is minimal kitchenware and yet when I arrived there were pots and pans and helpful things to cook with! The best part about this place is that it feels like a work of art that matches the landscape. I was overwhelmed by how beautiful it was inside and outside, as well as the natural beauty around it. I do think it is a little more expensive than it should be, BUT that does not at all make me regret staying here and I would recommend it. The host was extremely communicative, even over communicating (which I prefer in a host).

Jonathan & Lieanne have created such a beautiful and peaceful place. It felt so cozy from the moment of our arrival. And there is so much to do around the area. This was the perfect getaway for my birthday! I couldn't have asked for more and the surroundings were so calming. perfect place to reset, relax and refresh yourself and get back to what actually matters. I will definitely be coming back for the next time I'm in the area :) Thank again to Johnathan & Lieanne for opening youre beautiful little home and sharing. This made my birthday one of the best ones yet!! If you are thinking of booking this airbnb....Just do it!! you will not regret it one bit.

Our stay at the Salty Suite exceeded all expectations! The thoughtful touches—extra blankets, towels, toiletries, phone chargers, and beach towels—made us feel so cared for. The easy-to-follow TV how-to video and the incredible host guide were icing on the cake. It truly felt like home away from home! The hosts were wonderfully responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was unbeatable—perfectly situated between downtown attractions and within walking distance to the beach. This hidden gem is now our go-to spot, and we can’t wait to return to the Salty Suite on our next visit to San Francisco!
