Beachfront holiday rental in Venezia

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packaged) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In the heat there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment (very nice and well furnished) is in a strategic position, located just a 5-minute walk from the Santa Maria Elisabetta pier. Despite being in a small and quiet residential street, you can find everything you need within walking distance: groceries, mini markets, various shops, pharmacies, services. On the nearby Gran Viale, there is also a wide choice of bars and restaurants of all kinds. The presence of a kitchen (equipped with a large stove plus both static and ventilated oven), washing machine and dishwasher makes the apartment suitable for any type of stay, both short and long lasting. Loredana was always kind and available. Definitely worth going back to.

I had a super enjoyable stay at Francy’s place. Clean, comfortable and spacious and extremely convenient location. It was very close to vaporetto and easily walkable to the beach yet quiet and secluded. Check in was smooth and the building/street felt safe and secure. Can’t think of any improvements to be made here! Highly recommended!

Had a really great stay! We loved the neighbourhood - felt very local and peaceful. Close to Arsenale/Biennale. The apartment was very spacious. Note that one of the bedrooms is very small with half height ceiling. Bathrooms were good. Living room was huge. Right on a canal. Very easy to self-check in which was ideal with a late arrival and late checkout. Hosts were very flexible and accommodating. We had a great stay and I highly recommend!

Silvia responded super flexibly to our request after we had to look for a new place to stay. The fact that dogs were allowed and we could move freely in the fenced garden was also great! Anytime again and we are happy to recommend it!

Guia's house, located along a canal, fully met our expectations. We had a great time, the spaces were tidy and cozy, the context was quiet. Definitely highly recommended!

It was a pleasure to stay in the campsite, the bungalow is nice and surrounded by a quiet and comfortable green corner, the kindness and friendliness offered by Simone made a difference. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is the right environment. In addition, the property is a short walk from the stop from which you can comfortably reach the embarkation to Venice.

Literally 3 minutes to walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella rental right there if you need it. Plus there is a great little cafe, The Sunshine Bar, right there on the beach too. We enjoyed a nice cappuccino and croissant in the morning and a quick snack and drink anytime thru the day. We loved how clean the cabin was and how helpful Roberto was. He met us there in less than 15 minutes at the office after we checked in. As mentioned before, the place is at the end of Camping Ca’Savio complex, but with our car, this was not a problem at all. We were 4 adults and even though the cabins are compact, we had plenty of space to sit around on the deck or main little living room, kitchen area. The kitchen had all we needed and the beds were awesome. If you plan on visiting Venice, there are ferries about 10 mins drive from Camping Ca’ Savio and they run from fairly early a.m. until 11 p.m. (The host Roberto can explain the times and the prices.) All and all, we were completely satisfied.

Me and the family have had a great stay for a week in Pers apartment. Access pool and proximity to the beach with its own chairs that belonged to the area where there was always space was really great. It was easy to get to ferries for travel to and from Venice. Good range of restaurants and shops right outside the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious and during the hottest days we were very grateful for the air conditioning and the spacious balcony. Per was very helpful and generous, came up with many local tips and always responds quickly. We are very happy with our stay and would love to come back. Many thanks to Per.

We enjoyed it very much. We visited the pool several times a day. In the complex there is a nice bar with snacks and cheap drinks. In the nearby savings market of the campsite we could buy everything for the daily swimming pool (including fresh rolls). The sea is 10 minutes walk away. The beach is also not overcrowded at this point. There is a stand restaurant, showers, and toilets. There is no WiFi in the apartment. So it was a "digital detox" vacation for us.

Though it doesn't look much there was more than enough room for 2 people easily. The caravan was clean and comfy and came with all the basic equipment you would need to cook for yourself. The site it is based on is massive with plenty to do and the entertainment was better than we expected. Enrica was very fast at replying and was very helpful with our questions and queries, she even came to greet us upon our arrival which was lovely. We look forward to staying here again and would recommended Enrica and her place to anyone.

Everything was as described. The home is in the back of the square. Very quiet and private. Right on the beach- Several pools within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

We felt like we were at home , it was very nice to have Stefania stayed at her apartment with Stefania. She was very flexible and kind!!! We will definitely return!

The flat was really nice an tidy. You walk about 15 minutes to get to the Vaparetto station which brings you to Venice. The beach is close. We enjoyed our time there very much!

We spent a almost a week in the lovely apartment by the sea. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Venice but stay outside in the more relaxed Lido area. There a nice restaurants and cafés as well as small shops nearby. We enjoyed staying in the carefully designed apartment. Federico was a great host, who gave us a personal reception and gave us tips about the area. Eventhough we were delayed, he waited for us unti we got there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back another time.

I spent a wonderful week with my family at Fabio&Virginia,everything went perfectly from the beginning to the end we even checked in earlier than 2pm,they are very friendly, the house is 5 min away from a very quiet public beach. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back

Great place, in a quiet location!

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.
