Irene was a super responsive and communicative host! House was perfect, quiet and away from the highway, but close to a really nice coffee house.

Amazing location. Close to everything . Home was perfect for my family. Close to many restaurants.

It was exactly as described. The kitchen was particularly well appointed--milk frother, single cup coffee maker, regular coffee maker, 2 espresso pots, big and mini food processor, air fryer, fancy toaster oven. There were spices and some vinegar and oil and a bag of sugar, and splenda but cleaners cleared everthing away otherwise. There is a big supermarket 2 miles from the house and your way there that has everything you could possibly need except fresh fish but does have wine, beer and hard liquor. We never ate out the whole time we were there! Note that this is an end unit on a townhouse type condo association, not a free standing house.

Exactly as the description, super comfortable and spacious , quiet area. Elisa is super attentive and always attentive to any message. I will definitely be back.

Comfortable house. Mari was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

We had a small family emergency and Carlos was extremely understanding and accommodating. His property is amazing and the pool outside is absolutely beautiful and everything is very well maintained from the inside out. I would definitely recommend this airbnb to anyone who doesn’t mind being only 30 minutes from San Juan. We loved it there and felt super comfy 😊

This is the second time we (4 adults, 2 young kids) have stayed in this house, and we continue to find it exceptional. The location - steps to a beautiful beach - is hard to beat, and the pool is a big plus. The house is airy and light-filled. The owners respond quickly to questions. All in all, a great combination.

Very clean, and nice. I was very pleased with the first aid kit lol (i was in need of band aids). Wilfredo was very nice with responding back to my questions. The house was very secure and equipped with cameras on the outside so i did feel safe. His house was very spacious!! My only con which is not in his control was the roosters and dogs being alarm clocks lol. If i was to revisit i would definitely rebook his home 10x!

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. Everything was as advertised and we especially appreciated how pristinely clean and clutter free this house was. It was only 3 of us but this place could very comfortably host a large family gathering. This is how every Airbnb should be operated; clean, simple, easy to find everything. This Airbnb is absolutely breathtaking. The view is amazing. Hearing The waves crash while you dine on the patio is a memorable experience. The host communicated thoroughly from booking through checkout. If you have an opportunity to stay here, you will not regret it.

This was a WONDERFUL local stay and a great deal if you want to vacation all week. George's place is within walking distance from the beach, several restaurants and bars, and about 45 minutes from Old San Juan. This place was spotless and organized when we got there. It included a beach wagon and towels which came in handy during our stay. The pool was a wonderful addition and George even provided a delicious cake for my 30th birthday. The only negative I will say is that if you bring children, the nearby bar is noisy most nights. We were not very bothered by it but anyone sensitive to noise might be. George's house is near the Coconut Beach Club which has a great breakfast and espresso! Overall, my family and I would stay here again. We liked being in a local spot where there were not a lot of tourists. The island is INCREDIBLE.

The house is fantastic, great pool and several comfortable porches around the house to relax in. The nearby beach/park is beautiful, easy to walk to , and family friendly. It is not a very tourist heavy area which is nice, but it also means you will have to drive further to get to San Juan and there aren’t as many restaurants to choose from. We had two families with 3 kids amongst us and we had a very nice time.

We were a family 15 and it was great to have our own space but also communal space for meals, games etc. The beach is close and the local bars fun! Highly recommend for large groups.

George’s place was amazing. Immersed right in local culture, we enjoyed all of the local restaurants / bars multiple times. The beach is a short walk away, with beautiful views and cool refreshing water. The home was very comfortable and George went above and beyond and secured a special anniversary cake for us! Would stay here every trip i make to PR!
