Holiday houses in Vega Alta

This is a very nice condo with a little patio overlooking the beach and the pool. I needed to contact the manager a few times and she always got back to me quickly. Everything was as pictured. The beach is wide and has areas of natural shade. There are a few restaurants within walking distance though they are not terribly good. I did like the fish tacos at a little beach shack called Torres, and a fancier dinner at Entrevinos. I had a little trouble getting in to the apartment because I had trouble finding the email that had been sent to me. Fortunately I then remembered I had actually written it down. I have had this problem before with AirBnB and I don't understand why certain emails disappear.

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Manati. The view of the water and large deck makes this place totally worth it. The house is clean and very secure. It's a bit tricky to get inside with the gate and all the locks, but Ita was very helpful. She is friendly, communicates quickly and gave us lots of suggestions for our trip. We had a few issues in the beginning, but everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Ita made sure to supply us with coffee and beach towels which was much appreciated. AC and laundry facilities are a plus! You can walk to Mar Chiquita beach on the road or easily drive. It is a beautiful spot, just be mindful that the north coast is a bit rough for swimming in winter. We also went to Playa los Tubos which is so gorgeous and has a small playground for kids. Overall would recommend staying here!

Sharon and Bonnie were great hosts and were proactive plus quick to respond with any questions. The property is as described in the listing. We had plenty of space for our family of six in this beautiful condo. The property is a short drive or walking distance to the Hyatt Resort. We enjoyed a day at the pool and beach at the Hyatt which required purchasing day passes. Sharon generously refunded us for 2 day passes as a birthday gift to our son. This condo is within steps of the shallow pool on property. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes. The PGA golf course looked beautiful but was unfortunately closed during our stay due to preparations for the PGA tour. There is currently a large construction site in the early phases directly across from this property with excavation work starting early. We enjoyed our stay with amazing views of the golf course and rainforest. Ocean views in the distance are now through a construction site. This is a safe golf villa community.

Our stay at Geoffrey's place was remarkable. We had high expectations based on photos and other reviews, but the Villa was (somehow) even more stunning in person. From the epic views (and I mean EPIC), meticulously clean unit - to the artwork and thoughtful decor throughout - it was incredible. The Villa was equipped with all of the beach essentials. The pool and beach areas out front were SO private and peaceful which is what we were looking for. When we wanted a more social setting, we took the 5 minute walk to the gorgeous Resort next door. It was the best of both worlds, epsecially with child (11yo). Now, a moment for THE balcony. I spent hours there with my coffee basking in the AM sun. Geoffrey was responsive leading up to and throughout our stay; there was a peace of mind feeling like we knew someone in the area. He helped us greatly with suggesting excursions, restaurants, etc. I will be recommending this stay to anyone I know traveling to PR. We can't wait to come back.

Amazing Stay Again! This was my third time staying at Carmen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as always! The home is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

We had a fabulous stay in this condo. It was about a 1 minute walk to the beach that was a perfect size for our family (kids 8 & 10) and there were not many others on the beach which made it more relaxing. It was nice having 2 pool areas to choose from. The hosts were very quick to respond, especially regarding 2 items that were not there (umbrella and washing machine soap) and quickly provided those when asked. The other small amenities in the place were great (cooler, beach toys, wagon, board games, etc.) t was hard to figure out where the key was to get in, especially since we arrived at 4AM so it was dark and the directions were on the site in Spanish, but eventually we figured it out (key is in a lockbox on the back of the parking spot cement bumper). Other than that brief frustration it was lovely. Not many restaurants to walk to but we didn't care about that and liked a local bakery and pizza place we could walk to. Overall it was fairly quiet and a wonderful family vacation!

Amazing condo--even nicer and more spacious than the photos suggest. A constant gentle ocean breeze makes the outdoor porch the perfect place to hang out, but there is plenty of room inside as well, and the kitchen is enormous. There is a nice pool literally steps away, or you can drive down in 2 minutes to a beach and pool that are open to all the condos. Luquillo beach is 10-15 minute drive, as is the entrance to El Yunque. Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids had a great time. One of my favorite airBnB stays ever.

We loved our stay at Rose’s beach villa. It had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. We loved having both the beach and pool as an option. Rose had an umbrella and beach chairs (no sand toys for kids) and the pool had a kiddie pool that was only 1-2 feet deep. Perfect for our 3 year old. The villa grounds were very secure and we felt totally safe. It was a very short walk to the beach as advertised! The villa was clean and looked like the photos. One room is larger with plenty floor space and the other room had a decent amount of floor space too. We loved our stay!!! Thank you Rose!
