The accommodation is very close to the train station, it is not on the road side, so it is very quiet, and the host is concerned about your arrival and very available if you have any questions. The bedding is comfortable. Only small clarification that can be important for some people, the elevator was broken, you have to be able to go up the floors.

Very clean accommodation, easy to access, clear instruction, bed linen, bath linen, 2 bathrooms for 4 very convenient. Beds made at check-in. Julien had bought us a great drink for the evening of our arrival 😉 and brownies and compotes for breakfast the next day And cherry on the cake, the Penthouse terrace offers a magnificent view to lose sight of. Too bad the weather didn't allow us to enjoy. In summer, it must be superb. I recommend it.

Our stay went well, the accommodation perfectly met our expectations, the neighborhood is quiet, there is parking in front of the building which only contains 4 accommodations. The accommodation is fairly new and clean.

Louison was very quick to respond and the apartment was just as it looks in the photos. The only thing I would point out is that with the apartment being in the attic the stairs are very steep and hard to navigate so not good if you have a lot of luggage or you have restricted mobility. Otherwise Louison was a good host

Beautiful apartment close to several of the attractions of Lyon. Peaceful neighborhood! The apartment is very large and very well soundproofed. It includes all the necessary amenities. The host is really responsive when needed! We recommend it without hesitation!

I 100% recommend the accommodation, very clean, very quiet, spacious and bright, secure location for the car, very nice host and present in case of any problem. We would return during our next stay in Pont-Evêques.

We were 10 people five adults and five children who came for a wedding in a nearby estate. Everything went very well, the house was perfectly clean, well furnished and well equipped. I loved this cute little apartment! The space was well-designed and spacious, with everything needed for a short stay: a comfortable double-bed and comfortable furniture, a simple modern kitchen, an excellent shower, a nice smart TV, a convenient desk/workspace and closet space. Everything was clean, tidy and modern. The apartment was well-lit and well-heated... I did not feel the cold at all despite being in Lyon during a very cold period. The apartment is near two metro stations, a tram station and several bus lines and near several restaurants, mini markets, bakeries, and top bars and restaurants. Despite its central location, the apartment was absolutely quiet, with no street noise. Gregory was one of the most responsive hosts I've stayed with. Absolutely would recommend and would stay again.

Great place to book if you’re on a pit stop to Lyon, checkin was top notch and the view quite nice. If you’re 2 or a couple, don’t hesitate.

Very quiet residence, very good bedding, very easy parking, beautiful walking tours to do in the countryside just behind the residence and at the same time Lyon is right next door accessible by car or public transport. We had a lovely stay with the family.

We had a pleasant stay at Dominique's. I know the neighborhood well, and it's quiet and safe, so even if you can't always keep yourself in the parking lot, leaving the car on the street isn't a problem. The apartment is very well arranged, and comfortable for 3-4 people without problem. The sofa bed is comfortable (which is not always the case!). As the other tenants have said, be careful with the climb if you are on foot, but the bus is direct from Perrache and stops very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this place (clean, quiet, very far-sighted host).
