Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like we were staying with friends and will happily be back.

We had a very good time, very welcoming and well furnished apartment. There has always been immediate support for every request we made. I will definitely return to Fabrizio and I highly recommend it.

Clean and very well located accommodation, in a beautiful environment, quiet. The center of Rome is easily and quickly accessible with a vehicle (about 25 minutes, large car parks near the Cornelia metro station). Francesco is very friendly and was responsive and available when we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool after the hot days spent walking in Rome.

Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Accommodation described very accurately, it matches what it is. Large environment, with 2 terraces, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all clean and well-kept. There are also some useful accessories in the house (Alexa, Wi-Fi, Smart TV). Definitely a positive experience.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

The place perfectly matched the description, with a small kitchen, a bathroom, a comfortable bedroom, and a nice terrace. Located in the King district of Rome, 5 minutes from the metro, with all services, restaurants and pubs nearby. Giorgio was always available, offering us useful tips about the area and allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out time. We recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Rome.

We had a great time with Simone. The location was great for the activities we did in Rome. The apartment is perfect for families with children like ours.

Top accommodation with nice restaurants, cafes around.

Unfortunately the "LOVELY BLUE" apartment was not available due to a breakdown however our host provided an alternate location that was very nice, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of rooftops in the surrounding area. The apartment was very affordable and a good location (walking distance to the Metro Subway Station, close to a Grocery store as well as a few restaurants in the area). The one bedroom / sofa bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Our host was excellent in addressing the numerous questions we had as well as offering tips for travel and restaurants in the area. We would stay here again!

The space was very lovingly decorated and clean. We felt right at home because Pam informed us superbly. On foot you can quickly reach St. Peter's Basilica and have numerous restaurants directly in front of the accommodation. We'd come back in a heartbeat, Pam was a super hostess!
