We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Roberto was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Chantal was friendly, accurate, and proactive in providing us with information about the accommodation and everything we needed. Very tidy house and as expected. The only small downside, negligible for the most, is that there are many dogs in the neighborhood who bark in the morning. Overall very positive experience, highly recommended!

Thank you Rosa, my family and I had a wonderful stay in your clean and very well equipped apartment. There were lots of amenities which was very helpful, a short 2 minute walk to the beach so a great location. Air conditioning was really nice as it was hot outside. Vincenzo's house is in a strategic and convenient location, as you can reach in just a few minutes, both the promenade with all the establishments and restaurants, and the commercial activities located very close to the house, such as supermarkets, pizzerias and more. The house is comfortable, cozy and well tidy and Vincenzo put us in the best possible condition to spend a quiet stay by the sea, as well as truly a very helpful, welcoming and caring person. Bikes are available for a nice tour of the area. Highly recommended host and of course Silvi Marina has everything you need to spend a quiet vacation.

My wife and I had a wonderful two weeks at Riccardo and Domenika's apartment. We arrived a couple of weeks after the summer season had ended, so we almost had the miles of beautiful beaches to ourselves. We didn't have a car, so spent a lot of time walking in the area. It was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and just like the photographs, although the view from the balcony up the green hills was better than we expected. We were able to enjoy the views whilst eating our meals on the terrace. Domenika supplied us with recommendations of where to eat and was also a great help to us when on the day of our departure there was a train strike and we had to make alternative plans. From Pineto we visited Bologna and Venice by train, but mostly we were content just to enjoy walking in the area around Pineto. In summary, the apartment was perfect for our needs and we would love to go back there in the future.

Host Sandra is very kind and available for any inquiry or need for your stay. The house is very spacious and spacious, we found it tidy and clean. Exceptional view of the sea and proximity to the beach. The area is very quiet, even in the middle weeks of August. Accommodation suitable for families who want to enjoy the sea and rest.
