The house is very close to downtown, in the house it has everything we needed, it has a sound close to the very good pool, and the hosts are extremely kind and caring.

The house is very good and well-equipped, but I do not suggest taking elderly people or people with mobility issues, as the accesses to the creek, the site of the fire and the lounge chairs are very steep and without any support. The ramp that gives access to the house is not fully paved, well to the side of the property, and qdo rains is dangerous to get bogged down if your car does not have 4 wheel drive. The rooms are great and we do not miss any utensils. The hostess is very attentive, polite and has been shown to be available to help us solve some situations. I recommend the site.

Hello Dilson, We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your hospitality. The apartment is really amazing and very well equipped; everything was impeccably clean and conserved. Bed linen and towels were impeccable, which made all the difference. The condominium is extensive and offers numerous options to explore, in addition to having pharmacies and markets nearby, which made our stay much easier. We make the most of everything the condominium and the city have to offer. We went to the circus, attended the New Year's Eve party and had a great time in the pool. The hostess was very helpful from the conversations before the booking was confirmed to the time of checkout. The flat is beautiful and super functional. We found the clean and smelling rooms. The kitchenware and appliances make a difference. I couldn't take advantage of all the condo amenities due to lack of time. But the pool really pleased my little daughter. We will come back for sure.

Everything amazing, and the super attentive Mariana, did not fail to respond once, helped us in everything we need. We'll be back more often for sure. The place is the same as the photos, and the condominium is beautiful. It exceeded our expectations.

Located in a condo in a very quiet region and 5 minutes from downtown Itaipava, this apartment is in block near the entrance of the condo, which, in addition to a 24-hour concierge, has ample parking, with a place for hiking / racing, bike path, lake with birds and ornamental fish swimming pool with lifeguard, several barbecues, garden and others, in addition to being close to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and other shops. The Apartment is very functional according to the description and very well equipped and with enough bed and bath linens for our stay, which provided us with comfort and convenience. Spectacular house, with garden and lambs that are rests for the soul. It's a little away from the center, but we saw that it was the best choice we made! It is super close to the waterfall, which we enjoy much more. The noise of animals at night, watching fireflies passing by, waking up with mugging cow, are privileges of this stay. The house is very well equipped, we don't miss anything. The shower is great. You can make a barbecue, we cook every day. The doguinhos do Sérgio made us company, and it was the joy of the children, who speak to this day of Cookie!

We rented the house for the turn of the year and it was amazing. The structure of the house is very complete and offers everything you need. From basic to more specific items like orange juicer and mini-processor. The high point is the outdoor area that is super integrated with the pool and the rest of the house, making everything very accessible and people interact more. And the pool with its different levels was great for the baby of our group, who took advantage of the shallow part while the adults enjoyed the deepest part. In addition to everything, the game room was greatly enjoyed by our group in the moments when the rain fell, providing very fun moments! The Zezinho housekeeper kept the garbage in order and the pool clean and the hosts were very helpful and attentive. It's been a really wonderful day!

Home Sense!!! It exceeded all our expectations, everything of great taste, everything clean and organized, the house smelly! Large house, complete, perfect location, conveys peace, these are incredible days there and we will definitely be back.

Result far beyond our expectations. The local proporciiona is an excellent feeling of well-being. The host couple are extremely generous, who left us with the impression that we have known each other for a long time. They're so welcoming, it looked like we were home. Another high point offered by them is the breakfast: we received, the day before, a very generous menu, in which we indicate our options. The next day, early, we were told that we were already going to leave at the door, a basket with our items. In addition to being of excellent quality and in generous quantities, the affection they dedicate to the packaging of fruits, cold cuts, breads, jams and cakes is captivating. To top it off, they provided great tips of places for shopping, leisure and food. We are already planning when we will go again.

I left work late, I hit the road at night, my car crashed, it was a challenging trip. The housekeeper waited for us until dawn when we arrived. The next day, the Nícholas spontaneously proposed that we do the chek-out later or even early Monday. I thought of a great kindness the way we were received. The village was all our mismatch and, still, we were totally welcomed. As for the on-site experience, we strolled between the gardens to complete our lunch. We cook as a family, take a swimming pool, bathtub, we sing the night at the edge of the fireplace... It was amazing!!! It was all worth it!!! Indico and I recommend!!!
