Nice cottage/farmhouse with private parking

Here, you can stay close to nature with open landscapes and nice views. The cottage is completely renovated in 2021 so you get top notch kitchen and bathroom and nice finishes along with the atmosphere of a 19th century house. You live 30 km from Skellefteå in the village of Mjövattnet with about 200 residents. You have cozy little roads around and the nice Bureälven about 500 m away. The cottage is about 50 m from our dwelling house but is still secluded with its own car park and engine heater. There are ski tracks with electric lighting, football pitches etc. nearby.

A peaceful home with its own timbered cottage close to the sea and beach. The cabin is on a shared plot along with a main building with access to barbecue area, sun deck and wood stove sauna sauna. Nice nature with great opportunities for forest walks, berry picking and swimming at private beach. Skellefteå has 16 hiking trails around the municipality to experience. Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is less than 20 minutes away, the house is less than 20 minutes' drive away. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice paths and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.
