Amazing apartment, one of our favourite places to stay in Varna!

The location is very convenient and the view of the Cathedral is wonderful! The apartment is spacious and cozy and the woman is very kind. We were satisfied and would stay again for sure.

Our stay at Konstantin’s Appartment was perfect. The flat is super clean, with modern design and it has everything needed from cozy slippers to coffee and various sanitary products. Everything was exactly as described, the self check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The view from the flat is stunning and the French style windows only complement the beautiful views. The location is perfect, especially if you are in need of a place to stay after an eye surgery at the nearby St. Petka hospital. 100% recommend Konstantin and his team. Communication was clear and easygoing. Literally 0 things to complain about.

I stayed in the apartment for 3 days, and was completely delighted! Everything was perfect: cleanliness, coziness and attention to detail. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and is equipped with all necessary amenities for the comfort stay. The location is convenient, everything is at hand. The host was very hospitable. The apartment is extremely clean,bright and warm. Everything was exactly as described. There is an underground garage which is a great convenience to Varna.. The host was extremely helpful and was easy to communicate with. We were in the vicinity of 3 of those malls. Highly recommend. We will visit again :)

A great place to stay!

We had a long trip to Varna due to a problem at the border and even if she had a strict policy, she offered to help us with a plus day. We could not stay another but we really appreciated the intention. Alexander was very responsiveand tried to help us with all that he could (info about closest and best beach, best shopping places, where to eat) Place really clean and good wifi, AC works just fine. Nice and clean around the place, quiet and very close to the beach! We'll sure be there again, next year!

Very cozy and modern place with a perfect location. Wonderful hosts who responded almost immediately to any questions and went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We'd love to visit again!

It is a very nice and spacious apartment. There is all sorts of things. Apartment is within walking distance of city center and the coast. We came in winter so there was not really much to do in Varna. However, after checkout, the hosts asked for unreasonable additional costs. They claimed we would have brought towels while we are sure this was not the case. They also asked for extra fees for cleaning (above the already high cleaning costs). And this while the living room was very smelly of cigarettes upon arrival. Nevertheless, the hosts were always very reachable, kind and helpful. We still enjoyed our stay in Varna! The apartment is definitely recommended

Vanessa’s apartment is tastefully designed and very convenient. Nearby there is one of the largest Varna malls so you find shopping, food and entertainment very close. Host is always ready to answer any questions. My stay was very comfortable and I would stay again and recommend this apartment to my friends

It was a wonderful stay!

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and all necessary devices. The residence is secure and is located in a quiet area. Beautiful fenced area with a swimming pools. The whole complex is new and excellently maintained. We had a private parking space. The communication with Nicole and Katia was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back again. Highly recommended for all those who want to have a quality stay!!! Thanks again for everything!

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

Clean home, welcoming hosts. The pool is not free, it costs 8 leva per person per day. We received a sum of money from Krasen for this inconvenience. Overall a successful vacation.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. Maria was very friendly and flexible regarding the check-in/check-out time. The apartment matched the description and it was very cleaned and feeling like home. Definitely will go back and choose this stay to be our home again.

Well located, equipped, secure and comfortable apartment, close to the beach, restaurants and bars with nice pool and gardens. Host was easy to communicate with, polite and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again, when we return to the area.
