Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my grandfathers), whose foundations are from the 13th century. I just finished the complete renovation. The rental allows me to finance the rest. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You'll love it because of the views, the decor, and the pebble alleyways. In summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.

You'll love my place because of the brightness and comfort. My place is good for families , groups of friends. Bed linen and provided (except shower towels and pool). The SWIMMING POOL (8 x 4 m) secure. Free tennis 400m from the house. WiFi in the house. ( July August by the week minimum). ATTENTION ( no noisy parties after 10:30 p.m. to respect the neighborhood). For check-out times (for check-out weeks on Saturday at 9am , weekends Sunday 5pm)
