Villa Natali is a newly built holiday home in a nice quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

Blizina mnogobrojnih plaža, uvala i ostalih sportskih i kulturnih sadržaja istočne, zapadne i južne obale velika je prednost ove kuće za odmor. Plaže i centar grada su udaljeni 10 min. autom, a centar Loborike sa trgovinom, cafeom i restoranom na 2 min. pješice. Kuća ima vlastito dvorište od 1200m2, free parking unutar dvorišta. Apartments are in a family house with a swimming pool, located in a small village, surrounded by nature. Four apartments are using the pool, that is maximum 10 guests. The various beaches of southern Istria are approximately 20 minutes drive distance. The location is called Stršen Rozelito.R (it's new adress so g. maps doesn't recognize it).
