very nice accomodation in St Avertin. close to the industrial/commercial center but also 15minutes from Tours. big parking close by with access to the rivers and a lot of little proximity shop. Julien and Florence are easy to communicate with. thx! :)

We had a great time at this home full of charm very typical of the area. Very quiet place and conveniently located. Very good welcome with all the comforts you need and even more, quality services. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home with beautiful spaces for a family reunion. We really enjoyed the living room by the fire and the ideal kitchen for the day before and on Christmas Day. A little out of the way compared to the village of Montbazon but with stunning views of the Indre that you should enjoy in summer. Excellent food shops also in Montbazon to perfect the party and accommodation.

Frédéric's place is wonderful. Its beautiful, calm and extremely charming. everything was impecable and clean. Frédéric is very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend!

Had a very good stay at Alexandre's. I was in Saint-Avertin for training and the accommodation was located just over 300 meters from the training place, it was perfect! Geraldine was extremely welcoming and generous. We didn't know Tours and stopped a little by chance and regret not having spent more time there. Géraldine's place is perfect for two people. Tastefully decorated, friendly, extremely clean and the host cares about the details and makes sure you have a good stay in the city. For those who run, it's a dream place. The space is extremely secure in a quiet environment.

We stayed 2 nights in the two apartments with 3 teenagers who were over the moon to have access to all the gaming experience available. We walked easily into the town centre for some lovely restaurants and also had within 5 minutes walk access to supermarkets and a boulangerie. Parking was easy in the street and we felt in a safe neighbourhood. There is a lot of care put in the style of the apartments which adds to the gaming experience.

Perfect place, matches the photos! Clean and well appointed! We felt good there, I recommend it. If I have to say a negative thing, it's the heating we were a little cold but I think it shouldn't have had time to heat up and the light in the stairs of the entrance that doesn't work. Really to say something!

We spent New Years Eve here and he a wonderful time. The building has been lovingly restored. It has excellent insulation and the amenities are great. We spent the weekend walking in the grounds, in front of the fire and cooking—the kitchen is great!

We had a nice stay in the countryside. Marine is very available and responsive, which is highly appreciated!

Charming house, fully equipped, with a beautiful pool. We spent a few days there with friends, and it was great. We loved the blend of the antique charm in this old house with modern comforts (AC, great bedding, pool, barbecue). Paul and Irina were very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of helpful notes in the house, making it easy to feel comfortable quickly!

Very pleasant, spacious and relaxing accommodation. A veranda overlooking a small pond with reeds, very charming. A very nice balneo shower after a big day of walking at the Beauval Zoo which is minutes from Chabris. Lamya was very attentive, very responsive and attentive to our comfort. We had a great weekend with friends at Le Moulin. A well orchestrated arrival with clear instructions and a pretty and detailed guide, a warm welcome with small touches, and wood available that allowed us to make cocooning moments and board games around the corner. The gite is even more charming in real life than on the listing. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the raclette evening was appreciated (great trays to book in Les Halles! ). The kids loved the games, books, and the trampoline in the garden. We will be back! See you soon Julie
