Alberto is a special person: friendly, friendly and attentive. It makes you feel at home, she welcomes you with local products and during your stay she respects your privacy but at the same time she is available and willing to help you. For those who have to stay in Simancas, Alberto's house is the ideal place: super quiet, warm and close to the village center. Highly recommend!

Brilliant property in a good location. Plenty of parking and a big spacious apartment with excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. Will look for this property again if ever I need to stay in Nava del Rey again.

Family stay, everything is very good

We were lucky enough to stay in an apartment in Palencia that had a breathtaking view of the cathedral. It was beautiful! We were amazed not only with the views, but also with the impeccable cleanliness and the amount of details and utensils that the apartment offers to make you feel at home. Palencia has surprised us very positively, it is a lovely city that has fallen in love with us. I would love to come back and would definitely choose the same place to stay again. ¡Wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect, the photos matched and their cats were the best of our entire stay. Alejandra was very clear that if we didn't like cats she kept them but as we loved them they were super affectionate and cute. Everything was perfect

We have spent some fantastic days in the cottage, we have not missed any service and the owner has been attentive at all times that our stay was as pleasant as possible.

We spent a weekend with friends and it was a very pleasant stay. The house is true to the listing photos, and is clean and comfortable. You have everything you need for your stay. The patio area and pool are great. Quiet street with no problems for parking, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Very attentive hosts and recommended activities to do nearby.

This is such an amazing and unique property. Four bedrooms and four connected bathrooms on the top level. A beautiful kitchen and living room, and another bathroom, on the lower level. The lower level leads into a beautiful and very large garden with a sauna and barbecue. If you like rustic, you will enjoy this house, but it also has all of the modern appliances and treatments that you would expect. And amazing quiet location, but just a few minutes away from some of the regions best wineries. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip to the area.

The house is great, located in a quiet village in the heart of the Ribera del Duero, ideal location to visit the main wineries in the area. The house is very clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Ignacio is very friendly and is waiting for her guests to do not lack anything. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are gleaming, the kitchen is very equipped and comfortable, the garden area with the barbecue is great and to our surprise there is a new kitchen-dining room to have a good time. Great house to be repeated.

We felt right at home. Mario was great in communicating. The house was unbelievably well equipped - especially for small children (from changing tables to high chairs to books and toys, toys, toys, this place had everything!). Our kids loved it. Endless entertainment for them and we felt welcome as guests. A couple of the restaurant/bars nearby (walkable) were friendly and enjoyable. Small grocery stores were only a couple of minutes away and had all the basics. We were driving into Valladolid almost daily for an event and it was an easy 12-15 minutes to the city center. There are also many fun things to see in the surrounding area (old castles, etc.).
