Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! They have been wonderful days,perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature that surrounds Raggiolo. Our dog is very happy with access to the river and the river park just below the pool. Laura was super helpful and welcoming,we felt at home in a place where nothing was missing! Congratulations to the owners who have created a magical and one-of-a-kind place, thank you very much.

Erika and Davide welcomed us with extreme cordiality in the "Vale" apartment on the second floor of the "Mivà di Más" structure. The apartment (equipped with a large double bedroom, inside which there is comfortably a camping bed, bathroom, living room with dining table and kitchen... and balcony!) was very clean, fragrant and equipped with the essentials (we suggest, but only for convenience, to also include kitchen linens: dishwasher, dish towels). The centrality of the structure allows you to visit Arezzo comfortably. Also great are the two lunches at the pizzeria restaurant below, always run by them: good variety of dishes, good value for money, fabulous sweets! Convenient parking in their private covered parking with a small surcharge. The parking/property distance is very convenient! Highly recommended! Marco, Miriam and Giulio (almost two years)

This was a breathtaking area. The photos don't do it justice, beautiful in each and every direction. Upon arrival we were in awe of the views and that remained for each and every day at the property. There's secure parking for your car, which we appreciated. The property was very clean and homely, which made it easy to settle into. Norma and her family were an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided us with lists of great recommendations. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy some spectacular views or need a base for an adventure in Tuscany, look no further!

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights in Panzano in Chianti. The home was very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views of surrounding hills and valleys. We stayed at the end of a more urban-focused trip in Italy, and it was wonderful to stay in Panzano and breathe clean air, drink great Chianti, and eat very good food. The hosts were communicative, and helped us with questions, and a good guidebook to the local region was provided. I'd stay there again if I get back to Italy.

The house had everything you need, Giacomo was always ready and responsive in answering our questions; i have to specify that on the ground floor the 2 bedrooms are connected and therefore not suitable for groups that are not familiar, while upstairs there are 3 bedrooms but with only one bathroom, you have to go downstairs to use another one. Everything else was fine, we had a very good time.
